SPECTACULAR HOLIDAY HOUSE ON THE BENISSA COAST (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE POOL AND CLOSE TO THE SEA (700 m) for up to 8 people.
DISTRIBUTION: The property consists of 340m2 and is divided into two floors connected by an interior staircase. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms (one has a double bed with an en suite bathroom + dressing room and two bedrooms with twin beds) and one separate bathroom with shower. All rooms have an exit to a large sunny terrace south oriented, with a very beautiful open sea views, from which you can also see the Natural Park of Penon de Ifach in Calpe. The ground or main floor consists of a room (twin) and 1 bathroom with shower. The main nerve of the house would have to be the kitchen, because of it's size and the open layout it has onto the living and dinning room. The hole floor is spacious and well distributed.
EXTERIOR: The unfenced plot is 1500 m2 big. The infinity pool is much larger than normal. The house has a roof terrace or naya especially suitable for the summer and modern and comfortable garden furniture. The parking, located in the rear is spacious and with a capacity for 5 or 6 vehicles.
LOCATION: The "Villa Fustera" is located in a particularly pretty and quiet residential neighbourhood yet close to everything: Supermarket and restaurants, pharmacies, etc ... (1,3 km), Calpe (5 km), Moraira (7km) and the spectacular Cala Pinets of crystal clear water (700m) on the Benissa Coast.
