Welcome to our newly renovated VILLA LAGUNA, a true haven of tranquility and comfort just 10 minutes walk from the sea. 


 


This modern and cozy villa, ideal for families and groups of up to 10 people, has been designed with everything you need to enjoy a perfect vacation.


ALL ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND CENTRAL HEATING WHICH ALLOWS THE ENJOYMENT OF THIS HOUSE THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.


Villa LAGUNA has a modern and functional distribution, divided into two floors.


On the first floor, we find a spacious and bright living-dining room, ideal to enjoy meetings or moments of relaxation, equipped with air conditioning to ensure comfort at all times. 


Adjacent to the living room, there is a bedroom with two single beds, ideal for younger guests or for those who prefer to sleep separately. In addition, there is a large and comfortable double bed in another bedroom, perfect for resting after a day of activities.


The downstairs bathroom is very spacious, with a sleek design that includes a double sink, ideal for couples or families, and a large shower with a modern design, providing a comfortable and relaxing place for personal care.


The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need. It has state-of-the-art appliances, ample work surfaces and enough storage to keep everything organized.


The upper floor of the villa features a bright living-dining room that opens onto a spacious terrace, ideal for enjoying the views and fresh air. The space is decorated in a modern and elegant style, offering a cozy atmosphere for relaxing or socializing.


The kitchen, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, is perfect for preparing delicious meals, and integrates perfectly into the open plan design of the living-dining room, creating a functional and comfortable space.


On this floor there are three double bedrooms, all of them spacious and tastefully decorated, ensuring a pleasant rest. The bedrooms have large windows that allow natural light to flood the rooms.


In addition, the upper floor has two full bathrooms, modern and equipped with everything you need for your comfort. All the windows of the villa are equipped with mosquito nets.

Het huis is geweldig, genoeg ruimte en mooie indeling. De bedden liggen lekker en in elke kamer een airco en tv. De airco hadden we in juli 2025 bijna niet nodig door het milde klimaat in deze streek. De keukens en de bbq zijn ideaal voor als je vaak zelf wilt koken. Iets meer keukengerei en bakjes was handig geweest. Op loopafstand een kleine baai met een kiezelstrandje. Niet heel geschikt om te zwemmen maar wel om lekker uit te waaien en te genieten van het uitzicht. Ook op loopafstand een supermarkt wat heel handig is.
