Villa Mi Sueno Dos is an impressive villa enjoying a convenient location on the Benissa coast, just a short distance from the beautiful secluded cove “Cala Advocat”. Due to the elevated position, sit back and unwind while absorbing the stunning views over the Mediterranean landscape. A short and scenic drive brings us to the famous coastal town of Moraira, where there are many restaurants, bars and shops, and an unrivalled sand beach. Upon arrival, you will find private parking ample enough for 2 small cars or one large one. There are steps leading down to the middle floor, whilst further external steps lead down to a spacious terrace with a well-kept garden and a private heated* swimming pool, surrounded by a wall of cypresses. Sun beds and outdoor furniture occupy the various sun patios and a spacious covered terrace space right next to the pool holds an outdoor dining area and a BBQ. Villa Mi Sueno Dos is a three-storey holiday home with the Ground and First Floor connected via internal stairs while the Lower Ground Floor is accessible via external steps only. Entering on the Ground Floor the conservatory/lounge area welcomes you. Leading through to a fitted kitchen, one twin bedroom with its own separate shower room completes this floor. From this floor, there's direct access towards a spacious balcony/terrace overlooking the pool area and providing us with charming views. Spiral stairs lead up to another twin bedroom, with an ensuite, and an ensuite double bedroom with a bath with a shower. By the pool area, a small apartment with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom shares a shower room. All the bedrooms benefit from A/C units and free wireless internet access throughout. *additional charges may apply
