This charming 3 bedroom villa is perfect for an outside lifestyle holiday, with an inviting private pool and a handy summer kitchen hosting a bar, perfect for cooling down with a drink on hot sunny days .What’s more, the picturesque El Portet Beach is just 10 minutes' drive away, while the charming Moria resort centre and chic marina are also within easy reach. Pool heating, WiFi, and air conditioning/ heating in all bedrooms are included.

Villa Colbryca is set in a great location, just a short drive to the village of Moraira with it's sandy main beach and many coves to explore. There is a choice of restaurants to enjoy along the seafront as well as mixed modern and traditional boutique shops. A 20 minute drive on the other direction through the quaint village of Benitachell is Javea, with plenty choices of bars, restaurants, shops, and beaches to enjoy.

Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 1.2 - 2 mtr depth
