LAYOUT: The picturesque villa in the levantine building style with a large pool and sea view almost fits in perfectly with the magnificent coastal landscape and impresses with an open, modern, Mediterranean interior design flooded with light. The over 210-square meter villa stands for nonchalance, sense of style and a high feel-good factor. It owes its name to its exclusive location at a distance of 1000 metres to the ravishing beach "Cala del Moraig". The lounge and dining area on the upper floor with direct access to the pool terrace offers a lot of space and an open-plan kitchen. Likewise there are a double room with a double bed (1,60m) plus a bath en Suite with a bathtub, shower and toilet – as well as 2 twin bedrooms, which can be converted to a double and a bathroom with shower and toilet. An interior staircase leads to the lower floor of the house. There you will find another double room with a double bed (1,60m) and a twin bedroom, as well as another bathroom with a shower and toilet. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. The generously designed, sunny terrace with a covered dining area for up to 10 persons is surrounded by an almost 45-square meter private pool with the dimensions 9,5 x 4,5 meter. In addition there is a lounge for shady midday hours, a summer kitchen plus gas barbecue grill as well as an outdoor shower and toilet. Everyone will find a place for his or her favourite pastime. You rent the entire accommodation with a private pool, garden and parking spaces. Enjoy the picturesque villa, exclusively at your disposition, as there will be no other guests in the house. Because of its exclusive location in the heart of a fabulous hilly landscape directly by the sea, even short distances by foot can already be pretty strenuous. Therefore we recommend a rented car for a pleasant arrival and stay as well as adventurous discovery tours along the coastline.
EXTERIOR: Surrounded by a lush Mediterranean garden with ambient lighting, the outdoor area has been thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect setting for sunbathing, relaxing, and alfresco dining. The private pool (9.5 x 4.5 meters) is ideal for a refreshing dip at any time of day, and comes complete with an outdoor shower and toilet for added convenience.
Relax in the shaded lounge area, stretch out on the sunloungers, or find the perfect spot under a sunshade with a book and a cold drink. As the sun sets, enjoy cooking and dining in the fully equipped summer kitchen, which includes a gas barbecue grill, ideal for preparing delicious Mediterranean meals. A covered porch with a dining area comfortably seats your group, offering a charming setting for long, leisurely meals or romantic dinners under the stars.
