For shared use: 2 swimming pools angular (depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: property 295 m2 (fenced). In the house: washing machine. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 2.5 km, bus stop "Benitachell" 5.4 km, railway station "Teulada" 9 km, ferry "Denia" 24.3 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 7 km pebble beach "Cala Moraig" 1.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 250 m. Golf course (9 hole) 7 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
