I loved having two bedrooms and two bathrooms all to ourselves. The only problem we had was the water pressure in one of the bathrooms. It was so low of a pressure my husband came out and went to the other one.

This was the first time I've ever stayed in a hotel where you arrive and go straight to your room without having to check in at a front desk first. The instructions via email or text (whichever it was) for how to do so were clear and we had no problems getting into our room. The location was convenient and the property itself was very nice.

Great location, simple room--minimalist but nice with microwave, fridge. Was a great place to set up headquarters for our trip to Vermont. Beautiful view behind the motel with firepits. It is a self-serve kind of property, which suited us well. We stayed 4 days and they didn't come to clean throughout. But we could go to the office and pick up anything we needed: extra toiletries, towels, etc. We enjoyed staying at the Aspen.

The grounds and rooms are simple and clean. Location is close shops and restaurants. You are able to access to staff when needed. The only comment I will make is that I wish there was a bench or something like it where the guests have a place their personal item in the bathroom.

The location was perfect for shopping and dining in Manchester. Our room was clean and modern and had a nice television with streaming. Our refrigerator made a clanking noise throughout the night and one of the ice machines was not working. Grab and go breakfasts were supposed to be included, but found out that this was actually discontinued a few months ago. Overall, for the price it was acceptable but these small problems hopefully will be corrected.

Didn't like that the bathroom shower had no soap dish or any kind of shelf for shampoos and stuff. The room was very musty smelling even with the A/C on. Room was clean and any staff we did run across was friendly. Don't like the idea if you arrive early they want to charge $35 extra. If the room is empty why? Don't think the price justify's what you get or don't get.

Very expensive for what you get. Room was large, spacious, TV was big - that's about all that was good. Bathroom was ok, but handles, towel rails etc. were poorly installed and wobbly. Shower was awful - NO WATER PRESSURE AT ALL IN THE SHOWER!!!! Complained the first night, staff said they would alert management. Seemed like they were more interested in talking amongst themselves than doing anything to help. Took forever to take a shower, wife couldn't wash her hair because there wasn't enough water to rinse. I have short hair and needed to use the ice bucket and fill it in the sink to rinse off the shampoo and soap. Water pressure was never looked at. They had a nice selection of tea, but staff rarely restocked it. Had to find utensils myself in the main reception area because only knives were in the holder - no spoons of forks. Place is actually very nice and location is good (near center of town), but for the price we were expecting much better.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Aspen. The grounds are beautiful, the location is very convenient, and the rooms were clean. We also appreciated the nice quality towels and the generous supply of them. However, we were very disappointed by the inaccurate information provided in the Expedia listing. The listing states that bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers, but there were none. It also describes the rooms as soundproof, which I can assure you they are not. Additionally, the Goki self-check-in app advertises complimentary grab-and-go breakfast, but no breakfast was available. The lobby only offered coffee, tea, a microwave, and a toaster. We noticed other guests looking for the advertised breakfast as well. The listing also mentions vending machines, but there were none. While we had a pleasant stay and really liked the location, the misleading information was frustrating. Guests should be able to rely on the amenities advertised when making their reservations. We would have appreciated a more accurate and honest description of what the property actually offers.
