The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you this ground-floor flat in Bénodet, overlooking the Odet estuary and 50 metres from the large Trez beach. This 41 m² apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a bathroom, and you can enjoy a 12 m² garden and a shared swimming pool. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with 2 sofa beds (for extra sleeping space), TV, dining area and access to the terrace. - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave, Nespresso, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190) - Bedroom 2: bunk bed (sleeps 2) - Bathroom with shower and WC - Bathroom with bath
Outside area : - A shared swimming pool belonging to the residence, open from 10am to 8pm from April to the end of September (heated only from the end of May to mid-September). Safety features include a cover and childproof gate. - A 6m² terrace, a small garden with furniture to enjoy the sunny days. The residence's flower-filled garden gives access to the gate leading to the beach and the pleasant promenade along the Odet estuary.
The flat is ideally located in Bénodet, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : Many walks are accessible from the residence. You can walk to the Pointe Saint-Gilles for a pleasant walk in the fresh air, or to the Bénodet marina on the other side. The residence is located opposite the UCPA, where you can enjoy water sports, sailing and windsurfing. Just a few minutes' walk away, you can reach the pier where you can cross to the Iles Glénans, or sail up the river Odet to Quimper. You can also hire a paddle or sea kayak to sail on the Odet. The charming port of Sainte-Marine is easily reached by pedestrian ferry.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the parking space reserved for the flat.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Quimper station is 20 km away. - Nearest airport: Brest airport is 90 km away.

🙂 Great location across the road from a lovely beach. Ground floor apartment which had terrace/table& chairs/sun lounger. Then onto well kept gardens.
Accommodation was well laid out and there was allocated gated parking. Nice safe complex. Small swimming pool with free loungers . Market on a Monday in car park and property is just down the road on the left of the market. Warm welcome which was nice. Would stay again and recommend
