T3 apartment of 62 m2 50 meters from the beach of Trez and close to the spa and casino in a secure luxury residence. Renovated in 2015 (electricity, paintings, bay windows), it has a kitchen open to the living room, two bedrooms of 13 and 9 m2, a bathroom and separate toilet.
The first bedroom is equipped with a bed of 160 and the second with two beds of 90. The apartment has many closets in the lobby and hallway.

Towels and sheets provided.

A 5th sleeping (sofa bed of 1.10 m) is available in the living room (bedding not provided).

Located on the second floor with elevator, it has a balcony with a small sea view and not overlooked.

Private cellar on the ground floor.

Très bien mais literie à revoir

Apparemment propre, calme et très bien situé, lit parental correct mais lits jumeaux à peu adaptés à des ados ou des adultes (ressorts) et banquette du salon très dure. À savoir si on a besoin d’un peu de confort.

Décevant

Location située proche de la plage mais éloignée des commerces de première nécessité. Propreté approximative, décoration et ameublement vieillissants (état des peintures et traces de moisissures dans la salle d'eau, revêtement de sol très usager...). Installation électrique qui pose questions (boîte à fusibles sous l'évier) Equipements inexistants (wifi, certains ustensiles de cuisines...) ou défectueux (stores, certains électroménagers essentiels comme cafetière, éclairage...) Propriétaire qui ne se déplace pas lorsqu'un problème lui est signalé. Rapport qualité/prix très médiocre.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Benodet : l'appartement est conforme au descriptif, très agréable, lumineux et bien entretenu par son propriétaire. Il est par ailleurs calme et très bien situé : à 50m de la plage, des premiers commerces et du centre thalasso.
