The employees were so helpful and kind it's to bad the owner and his family were not as friendly. I liked the location the pool was maintained alright i was a little worried about the hot tub because as soon as it was turned on the chemicals bubbled up so badly it hurt our eyes. The pool isn't heated or if it is it isn't turned up.

The hot tub was down and the beds were a little uncomfortable, but I still got a great night’s sleep. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size. The shower was a bit outdated, but met my needs and had good pressure and temperature. The breakfast was basic, as one would expect of a free continental breakfast, but tasted good. The front desk staff also gave us a room away from the noisy pool area-which was nice since it was just us. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here, especially for the price.

Warning: (1) reserved & paid via Expedia which claims to include all fees, we were caught off guard when leaving to discover an extra $35/nite fee for our dog (the most we ever paid was $20 complete multi-night stay at other hotels and many hotels have no extra pet fee). Manager claimed that Expedia doesn't pay up-front for his high pet fee. (2) not one of the three exercise machines in the exercise room worked, all broken. Pros: very few other customers (I think I understand why now) so quiet stay.

This was an excellent hotel for the price! The staff were all so friendly and helpful! Rooms are a littlw oitdated but very clean. We will definitely stay again when visiting St. Joe's.

We just needed a place for a fast overnight stay to attend a family function. Staff was very friendly check in and checkout was very efficient. As expected there was some traffic noise as the hotel is right off a main highway, but the room was clean and comfortable. The serve yourself breakfast was perfect for a quick bite to eat to get back on the road quickly. Appreciated coffee and tea being available all day.
