Beautiful completely remodeled bungalow featured on popular television show 'Flip That House'. Perfect location- 3 blocks to South Beach, town, and popular Kids Corner park. The home has 4 bedrooms, a den with TV, and 2 full bathrooms, including a euro-shower with 2 shower heads, and a soaking bath. Large sectional sofa and TV in family room. Gorgeous kitchen with high end appliances and built in breakfast nook. Linens and towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels. Fenced-in backyard with large deck, fire pit, patio furniture, and gas grill.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Please leave all used bedding on the beds and leave the beds unmade (so the cleaning crew is aware of which bedding needs to be washed).
Please start a load of towels in the washer and leave all other used towels in the provided laundry baskets.
When you depart, please lock both the front and back doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Trash pick up is Wednesday morning. Please place trash receptacle on the curb Tuesday evening.
If any damage occurs please notify Leah (owner) immediately.
