I stayed here while moving my daughter into her dorm. It is so convenient to campus. Every amenity I needed was there! Clean, and just as advertised. I’m actually going back next weekend for another campus related event! Looking forward to staying again!

This apartment is in the perfect location for everything. You can park your car and walk to a large selection of restaurants and activities. The apartment is nicely appointed and very comfortable! Great Spot close to Dickson

Really neat and clean property. Close to the Square, U of A, and Dickson. We will book again in the future. Please note there are quite a few stairs to get up to the rental so just be aware of that.

Convenient location for graduation!

The property description is spot on - it really is close to it all. Convenient for getting around Fayetteville - and very walkable. The owner was very communicative as well. One little note, there may have been a few head bumps with the angles of the ceilings and walls in the loft, so just watch for that.If you want something that lets you park and not to have to drive, this is a good choice.
