Enjoy peaceful water views, two spacious decks, and a private dock for fishing, kayaking, and swimming. Step onto the nearby Little Sugar Trail for world-class mountain biking and hiking, and watch for the new OZ Bike Lift Park opening soon. With multiple living areas, fireplaces, and full access to Bella Vista’s golf, pools, and recreation, this is your perfect Ozark getaway.

The main level features a cozy living room with fireplace, full kitchen, dining for six, and two bedrooms, each with a private bath. Step onto the upper deck for dining or morning coffee overlooking the lake.

The lower level includes a second living room with fireplace, two bedrooms connected by a shared entryway, a full bath, and an additional queen bed in a common area. Entertainment options abound with ping-pong, Xbox, and three TVs offering cable, Netflix, Hulu, and Disney+.

Out back, take the long, steep wooden steps down to your private dock for fishing, kayaking, or swimming—kayaks and gear are provided.
