This is a fantastic vacation rental! The photos are accurate, but also don't quite fully capture how gorgeous the setting and the views are! We had a fairly large group and it functioned really well for us. We stayed here when we attended our daughter's graduation at the University of Arkansas. It's a bit of a drive to Fayetteville, but very convenient to Rogers and Bentonville. Highly recommend!

We had such an amazing time at the lake house! The layout of the house is perfect and you really can’t get a better view! The owners, Teresa and Phil, supply everything you could possibly need for an amazing vacation. The house was spotless and is maintained beautifully. There is so much entertaining space to accommodate a large group. We will cherish the memories made here!

Generously Stocked

This was probably the best place we've rented. They spared no detail and the house had plenty of everything we could want or need. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean.

After 40 years of vacationing at the beach, our group found the drive too daunting to continue that trek. Instead, we landing on a “beach” at beautiful Beaver Lake. All 10 of us loved the comfort, spaciousness and

Spring Break

This vacation was just what us and our friends needed! The outdoor area was our favorite morning gathering place with the beautiful sunrise on the lake and the cozy seating plus the blankets!! The house met all of our needs and we had plenty of room to eat and play games together with our group of 12. This was our 2nd time to stay here and we've recommended to others many times and will come back again ourselves.

Our favorite lake house!

We’ve stayed here 3 times now and we love it every time! They have made some great updates since the last time we were there. The host is so responsive and helpful! The water heater needed to be reset when we arrived and they showed up immediately to get it reset and back up and running quickly. I have recommended this place to so many friends!

So so wonderful!!!

This was my family’s fourth year to stay at this awesome home. Seven adults and 9 kids ranging in age from 9 to 19. We spend most of our time on the lake but the house has everything you could want and the access to the lake is wonderful. Lots of memories have been made at this great spot!

Beautiful home for family vacation!

We had stayed at another home of the owners a few years ago and couldn't wait to stay in this house. It didn't disappoint! There is enough room for everyone, kitchen is well stocked, an extra refrigerator in the garage, and you cannot beat the view! We spent hours on the dock and the covered deck. We will definitely be back and have recommended this house to family and friends.

Labor Day Weekend @ Beaver Lake

AMAZING! We had such a great time for our first trip to Beaver Lake. We could not have asked for a better house, location and host. The view is breathtaking all day long with the wall of windows. The house was stocked so well there was nothing else we could have needed for our stay. Finally the host was perfect, anytime we messaged we received a response right away. Thank you for making our stay fantastic in every way!

Simply the best!

We loved everything about your home! It was so beautifully decorated with a stunning view of Beaver Lake. We so enjoyed spending the evenings on the deck and in the hot tub. It was especially nice to have 3 king size beds/bedrooms with private baths and a 4th bedroom with 2 queens. We didn’t use the bunk beds but that would have been great for kids or teens. The kitchen was fully decked out - so cooking was a joy. We loved it and would like to come back again!

Beautiful house!!

This was our second time staying here, and it still never fails to disappoint! We are a group of eight women who get together once a year to hang out and relax, and we have gone to many different homes. We have decided that this house is going to be the home we stay in moving forward! Everything is immaculate and everybody has room to spread out. We cannot wait until next summer!
