Affordable price for a clean, comfortable, and convenient stay! Just the right amount of space for a couple, and I enjoyed being able to walk or bike everywhere! Always an Uber nearby too. Definitely recommend this place.

Perfect for our stay

Such a nice space with everything you need! The home was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped to make our stay easy and relaxing. It was also a short driving distance from everything we wanted to see, which made exploring the area so convenient. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

Great Location

The location was walking distance to downtown and the Momentary and coffee shops. It will be perfect for those needing to spend time at the new Walmart Campus. Very clean and offered a welcoming environment. Would stay again the next time we visit.

Great Location / great size for a couple

The check-in process went very well. The condo was very well decorated. The location was a short drive to the downtown area and the Crystal Bridges Musem. Highly recommend this stay!

So nice and convenient

The location was so convenient to walking or riding our bikes to town. The accommodations were so nice and cute and clean with lots of extra touches! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

The Benton is conveniently located near downtown Bentonville. It is well equipped, clean, comfortable and relaxing. My husband and I stay here everyone we visit Bentonville.

Hiking getaway

The property was perfect for us. Location was great for access to different hiking areas/state parks and close to Bentonville attractions and restaurants. Perfect for a fun, relaxing trip. Check in info was easy, assigned parking was great.

One night in Bville

This property was exactly as advertised, super cute, so clean, and quiet! The king bed was super comfy, with lots of pillow options. We were in town for a concert at the Momentary, and picked this property because of the walkability. The Momentary is a less than 15 minute walk away, and The Square was about a 20 minute walk from this property. I will definitely stay here again!

Great getaway spot!

The property was perfect for our long weekend in the Bentonville/Rogers/Fayetteville area for a U of A graduation. We loved the eclectic decor, and the layout and amenities were great. It's a comfortable, cozy property with downtown Bentonville only a short drive away (which we visited on 3 of our 4 days). We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area. My only request would be a full-length mirror--perhaps in the closet. : )

SO Clean!!

This place was absolutely spotless. No mold. No bugs. The bed was so comfortable. It was a great experience. Everything worked great. It was very convenient to town. We were a little late for checkout and she was so sweet and patient with us.

Nice Stay

Nicely renovated apartment. Great location and great for 2 people. Had all the necessary things you need plus extra bonuses. I like a soft mattress because of back issues so it wasn't really comfortable for me but I am sure it is comfortable for most.

Absolutely Delightful!

I could make a whole trip to Bentonville just to stay in this rental! The hosts provided friendly and clear communication. The decor is unique and thoughtful. They’ve created a beautiful space! It feels more like borrowing a friend’s apartment for the weekend than like renting a room. The location is peaceful and quiet, yet close to everything! I was in town for an event at the 8th Street Market. It was an easy walk to the event. I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Benton House!

Good for a basic stay

The property is not on the best street or the best neighborhood. Didn't feel scared or think it was a bad neighborhood, but it is a little ways from anything with a tear down of an old home next door and old homes around it that are not part of the renovation of the town yet. This particular old complex has been renovated and the place was nice. Great if you just need a clean, simple place to stay.

It felt like home

L O V E D this property and the area around it. They have really done an amazing job to include just about anything you could truly need. I adored the glass refrigerated waters. A washer and dryer- the puzzles . The only issue I had was with the WiFi, ( possibly from the storms), thankfully it wasn’t pertinent this time so it was nice to unplug. 10/10 I would happily stay again 💙
