The cottage features 2 separate living spaces and an expansive, private, not fully fenced backyard with a covered patio and outdoor dining area. The cottage is 2 blocks away (within the neighborhood) from the Razorback greenway giving you access to biking and mountain biking trails. The garage accommodates bike storage.
