Nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few pedals away from some of the most popular trails in Bentonville.
Recently remodeled with the goal of being modern, clean, simple, yet stylish.
Feel free to either kick back on the covered back deck in the evening, hang out at the fire pit visiting with friends or cooking smores, playing on the arcade, or watch a movie on the 85" screen in the garage. Also, just 1 mile from the downtown square ( short bike ride )

Perfect place for family getaway

I loved staying at this place for 3 nights for Fall Break with my two tweens - we loved the close proximity to trails- the bike racks downstairs were awesome- the beds were very comfortable and I loved the modern aesthetic - I wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely book again !

Excellent Stay in Bentonville!

This was our first trip (hopefully of many) to Northwest Arkansas and this property was perfect for our family! The home exceeded our expectations, the location was ideal, and the host was polite and prompt. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Very happy with stay!

We had a great stay! The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. The location was great: very close access to bike trails and restaurants & stores were nearby (but not too close). The owners provided great communication! We would be happy to stay there again.

You cannot ask for a better location. Great house and layout, kids loved the downstairs area. Trails are right out your doorstep. Awesome little trail right across the street. You are a minute away from all of Slaughter Penn trails. You are a 12 minute ride from Coller Mtn trails. You are a couple of min ride from downtown. Incredible location and super cool house. Had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood

This home was well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. There were extra touches like snacks and information on activities and restaurants in the area. The bathroom even offered q-tips and a flat iron. The amenities seem to be well thought out. We would enjoy staying here again if we’re in Bentonville.

Amazing Accommodations

The house was perfectly located with quick drive or bike ride to downtown and trails. House toiletries and extras were extremely thought out, probably the best we've had at a rental! The swing set was perfect for our littlest. Loved the deck, quiet area to relax. Our family loved it! Quick and friendly responses from the owners. Highly recommend.

Wedding weekend

We stayed her for a long weekend for our son’s wedding. It was close to everything! The living area was perfect for relaxing between events, with plenty of room for family to join us. It was too cold be outside so we weren’t able to enjoy the covered patio or deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive to my questions ahead of our arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Location! Gathering space! Well equipped kitchen!

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. We had plenty of room to hangout and serve food catered from a local Mexican restaurant. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and had everything we needed. The weather didn’t cooperate as much as we hoped but did get to sit out on the deck and enjoy the fresh air. Literally minutes from the Bentonville square and had we great time at the farmer’s market. Location is close to everything - hwy access, Crystal bridges, Amazeum, downtown Bentonville….we have added this to a go-to when we come in town to visit family!

Came for the trails!

My son and I stayed for a few days to get out of Dallas and ride our bikes on some real trails. Wow, did Bentonville deliver! Trails are literally outside the front door! House was everything we were hoping for and well- stocked with everyday essentials that was a nice surprise! We definitely want to bring the rest of the family in the fall!

MTB Heaven

This property was the perfect place for mountain bikers to come stay to enjoy their adventure. The neighborhood and location was ideal, being able to ride right out onto the trails, and just 1.4 miles from downtown. The garage was set up from hanging out to chill, watch TV, or work on your bikes after a long day of riding. The deck and yard was really nice to grill and hang out for dinner. I highly recommend this property for visitors coming to have the best mountain biking experience ever!

PERFECT!

This home delivered EVERYTHING they advertised and more! It was located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. What a beautiful space to kick back and relax on either of the two decks or the fire pit area just off the lower deck (which was our favorite place to hang out). Bentonville has so much to offer, but at the end of the day, this home is where we wanted to be. It made our ‘girlfriends getaway’ the perfect experience!

Great stay

We stayed for a week of mountain biking fun and had a great time. The house was set up perfectly for a family of five. The garage with the arcade games was a big hit and the kids played on the swings in the back yard. Mom and Dad enjoyed the porch. The house was clean and had all the dishes we needed. The location is convenient to downtown and to the biking trails. Leopards Loop was one of the kids' favorite trails and it's right across the street so they could go on their own. It was nice being on a court as well.

UNBELIEVABLY AWESOME

This property was so centrally located it was unexpected. Last time in Bentonville, I wanted to ride a couple of trails but could not find them. This time in Bentonville, we were literally right across the street from those trails. My friend and I were awestruck by the trails running in and around Bentonville. The location and modernization of this property was fantastic. The hosts were prompt and easy to deal with.

Our stay was fantastic, it was beyond our expectations. Literally 3-5 minute ride to the Slaughter Pen trail system. Close to city center for food and bike shops. Being at the end of an a cul-de-sac, it was quiet at night. The fire table fixture was a great place to unwind and talk about the days adventures. The garage conversion was also beautifully done. Only feed back is the office in the garage would be better served as another bedroom, but that’s just my opinion. Thank you for the wonderful home away from home!!

Pleasant stay in a quiet neighborhood

This updated home is close to Crystal Bridges, which we visited while we were in Bentonville. The back of the house looks on a beautiful wooded area. The house itself is updated. The bedding was comfortable, and the master bedroom and bath were especially nice. That said, be prepared to climb a lot of steps. The layout is unusual, and the other bedrooms were quite small. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Communication with the owners was great, and they assured us they would address any concerns we expressed.

MTB Trip to Bentonville

I stayed here for a recent mountain bike trip to Bentonville, my first time visiting the town. The owners were very communicative about checking in and checking if any issues arose during my stay. The place is very reasonably priced for its location and the listed max occupancy, I originally planned to have 1 or 2 others join me but they had to cancel last minute so I ended up coming solo. This place is very family friendly if you have little ones to bring on your trip. It has everything you need from a full sized kitchen, washer and dryer, upper deck patio, garage with TV and games with AC control when the door is shut, and easy access to the plethora of trails that go through Bentonville. I plan on coming back to Bentonville in the future and staying here again if it’s available during my intended travel dates.

Exactly as described. This property did not disappoint on any level! We checked in late one evening after a snowfall and the owners had already cleared the driveway. Visiting with a 3 year old was worry-free. They had the baby essentials listed plus kids dinnerware. The owners also went above and beyond with a snack dish and an awesome coffee maker and espresso machine with ground coffee and espresso pods. The place was clean, clean, clean! The location was awesome- right on the bike trails and a very short drive to the kids museum and all the stores in town square. Needless to say, we will be back. ;)
