One half mile from both downtown, Crystal Bridges, Amazeum, cycling and hiking trails, Wal-Mart General Office, Memorial Park, city pools, and trendy restaurants. It also offers close proximity to local businesses and corporations. It is in an ideal quiet residential setting which appeals to individuals, couples, families and children. All are welcome and will be treated with the most respect and attentiveness possible . This lovely home boasts of a large living room and kitchen and open floor plan with both granite breakfast bar and bathroom counters, two large couches, one rocker chair, a 50 inch tv, large wooden antique dining table with newly upholstered seats, wood-look tile, comfortable heat and air, ample lighting, new sliding glass door off the dining room. It has 3 bedrooms provided with tv's, wi-fi and internet, 2 bedrooms each offers a king size bed, one bedroom offers a queen with chest of drawers in each room. Blankets are provided. Coffee, tea, and sugar are provided. All kitchen dishes, silverware, cookware, glasses are provided. Breakfast is on your own. We also offer an oversized garage perfect for the cyclist. All rooms have been tastefully decorated. If you prefer quiet comfort in a perfect walking location to the city for vacation and or employment, for a bridal party to sleep over and change, corporate housing or just R & R, Farmhouse Fresh Retreat is for you. You will not be disappointed. The owners live within ten minutes of this location and will graciously help with any way possible. They want your stay to be the best possible!

Great location-home away from home

This house was very clean and comfortable, and an easy 20 minute walk from the town square, many restaurants, and Crystal Bridges Museum. We appreciated the easy check-in and check-out instructions, and everything we needed was in the house. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Bentonville location

This is a clean and comfortable, well appointed home close to everything you want to do in Bentonville. They even have a 2 car garage available for your use! The hosts are kind and accommodating.

Great location for Memorial Park

House was in a great location for the triathlon at Memorial Park. It was also super easy to bike or walk downtown and to Crystal bridges. Very clean and well stocked. We would highly recommend this place!

Bike trip

We love Bentonville! This house was central to everything we wanted to visit. House was comfortable for the 5 of us and had everything we needed. If the weather had cooperated it would have been the perfect trip!!

Spacious home in Bentonville

This house is great for 3 couples as it has 2 King beds and 1 queen, 2 full baths and plenty of space in the living, dining and kitchen area. Full use of the garage was great for the bikes. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. We only had 3 people and it was still affordable for us. Super close to Art Museum and Bike Trails. Also close to a variety of restaurants. I would stay here again.

Perfect location and super clean.

Newly renovated and very clean, 5 minute ride to downtown and Slaughter Pen trail head or Crystal Bridges museum. Large garage to keep your bikes in and park your vehicle. Quiet neighborhood, washer and dryer to keep that riding gear clean.

Family bike trip

Nice place with large garage for bike storage. Small kitchen, but had everything we needed plus area to store our snacks. Just outside of downtown, but the whole family could still make the bike ride during the day with a lot of awareness for traffic. Really nice park/playground to the north that is connected by sidewalks.

MTB heaven

The property was nice and clean with all the amenities needed for our stay, including the coffee! It is a 10 min ride to the All American trail head starting in the downtown area. From there the overwhelming majority of trails can be accessed from this one trail. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the quick absorbing towels are now on my Amazon shopping list lol.

A very pleasant stay

Pictures don't do the place justice. My family and I loved the house and really enjoyed our stay. The street the house is on is very quiet, the driveway was nice and wide and the garages are nice and clear for our bikes and scooters. We couldn't park in it because of the roof to box on our vehicle. The rooms were nice and clean and the living area has 2 very comfortable couches. The back yard is nice a big and the grill works great for our burgers and hot dogs night. We wouldn't hesitate staying there if and when we go back to Bentonville.

Comfortable home with great location!

This was our first trip to Bentonville and we can’t wait to come back and stay here again. The home is set up with everything you need; felt like a home away from home. We cooked all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. The check in and out process was easy and efficient. We came to mountain bike and the house is only a mile from the center of town and the slaughter-pen trails. It’s also a pretty easy bike to Coler mountain too. The garage was convenient for safely storing our bikes too. Thank you!! See you again soon!

Craft Fair Weekend

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was simple, and we did not need to communicate with owners during our stay. To other renters, please note that mattresses are VERY FIRM! My mother chose to sleep on the couch vs a King size bed due to this. Other minor suggestions: would help to have detailed instructions for the living room TV remote, we came back to the house to find the thermostat automatically set to 84 degrees (during unseasonable heat in AR) so we were uncomfortable until the AC cooled it back down, we also noticed some silverfish in the hall bath (likely due to moisture).
