We had just a one night stay with my mom and sisters. This was a great location and great house for our stay. Easy walk to downtown for ice cream and the farmer's market. The beds were comfortable, but the bunk beds are best left for the kids. Everything was very clean and well cared for. Loved the porches! Loved the kitchen! Loved that the living room had enough room for the 5 of us to sit together.
Located in a lovely neighborhood, this well-appointed home is within walking distance to everything you're interested in exploring in Bentonville - thanks, especially, for the built-in coffee options, mornings MADE!
We were up in Rogers for a concert and needed a place to crash after the show. We showed up to a nice clean house with plenty of space for my three friends and I. I appreciated having coffee in the morning and a shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. The beds were comfortable. The water was hot for the shower and we are glad we chose this place to stay. Great job, Host.
We had a mother/daughter night and thought the house was great! Lots of space downstairs for relaxing. There is one full bathroom and one half bath which was fine for us because we only stayed one night. Upstairs gets HOT, so start the room AC units as soon as you check in.
Everything was good. Nice area, friendly neighbors, well stocked and ready with no issues. Upstairs A/C was really burdened with a rare heat wave but 3 bikers made it just fine. Downstairs no issues with cooling. Would stay again. Thanks!
Just far away from the square downtown to avoid the traffic but plenty close to bike or even walk and skip the parking issues! (although parking is free, its sometimes hard to find an empty space) Everything you need in the kitchen to cook yourself. Beautiful entertaining spaces outside. We saw deer wandering across at the neighbors after dark! Airship Coffee at the Pumphouse is only a couple blocks away which gives you access to All American via the Zepplin trail. The listing didn't mention TWO futons one in the living room and one in the "entertaining" room! Would have been nice to know since we had mostly "singles" who didn't want to share a bed! Take Central to access Coler or drive up A to get to the Castle. For us.....it was location, Location.....LOCATION!👍

Smells musty (so if you have allergies, come prepared); the upstairs bedroom windows aren’t sealed to the point of light and hot air coming in; handrails need to be installed on BOTH sides of the steep and narrow steps; the carpeted steps are a risk in placing your foot on the edge and sliding down; you have to lock the front door just to keep it closed; we lost power the next morning which came back on for a few minutes and back off making it hard to stay cool with the portable ac units and dry your hair. We appreciated being able to check in early to plan our parade of home tour; they have several updated decor pieces including light fixtures but, bottom line, we would not stay there again.
The place is ideal for a group not planning to be home much. There is no cozy seating anywhere, no kitchen essentials - very segmented - not ideal for entertaining. Also, temperature didn’t get above 77 upstairs, very uncomfortable sleeping.
