Communication with host was very prompt and complete. Plentiful kitchenware — and supplying coffee pods is a terrific, generous touch! Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Quiet neighborhood and a quick drive into the main highlights of Bentonville.

Great home away from home

Very comfy and had everything we needed. The location is great for all the activities we wanted to do (art museum, biking, downtown). It was great to have a garage to put bikes in and nearly all the cooking necessities were provided. The host has done a good job making this space inviting.

Loving the Llamas

We had a great stay in the Llama House. The location worked great for our visit to Crystal Bridges and exploring downtown. Our host was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions promptly. The house was spacious and exactly what it looked like in the listing. We would definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a funeral. This house provided us all of the comforts of home. The location was ideal for us to be close to both Pea Ridge and Bentonville. The host was very helpful.

Llama house was lovely!

As some reviewers have mentioned, the neighborhood is interesting, but the neighbors were very nice with a very sweet dog! The location was perfect for us for this visit. Too many air fresheners with that strong sickly, sweet smell, so we unplugged when we were there then plugged back in when we left. The house is functional and quiet with a great deck, so that was very nice every morning for breakfast and coffee.

Great beds!!

Wonderful stay at the llama house. Beds are one of the most important things I look for in a guest home. Even the extra pull out bed was comfortable. He has thought of everything and made our time of family celebration comfortable and enjoyable for us all.

Enjoyable experience.

We had a fabulous weekend, this rental property was close to Crystal Bridges and the Walmart Amp which was the two places we wanted to go. This rental is extremely well stocked and checkout was simple. We would highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay. This house was so cute, clean, & perfect for our group of 3. Although the neighborhood was a little sketch, the deck in back was secluded & had a very pretty wooded view. The location is only 3 miles from downtown. Mit was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful House in a Great Location!

House was everything we needed. It was a short drive to downtown and Crystal Bridges with easy access to the main roads. House was very clean and cozy. The host was excellent and checked in with us on occasion to make sure everything was good. Would absolutely stay again!

Amazing Vacation Rental

My friends and I went to Bentonville, AR for a hiking and mountain biking getaway, and the Llama House was the perfect location for us. There was a biking trail a few yards from the property that we used for our morning bike trips. The house was only a few minutes from the attractions in Bentonville and was perfect for our trip. Mit was an excellent host and was readily available for anything that we needed. I highly recommend the Llama House for anyone staying in the Bentonville area.

Nice place and responsive owner

Straightforward check in/out process. Nice interior, and abundant amenities including some nice touches like pantry staples. I used the fire pit and all the propane and the owner showed up with a new tank within half an hour (although I was in no rush). Comfy bed, plenty of blankets and towels. Really well priced and convenient to town. I would definitely stay here again, or bring my family. Thanks for letting me stay!
