The balcony was awesome. We sat out there most of the afternoon on Friday. Matt was very responsive to any question I had but honestly, I only had one. The property was great. This was the cutest rental! Located in the friendliest neighborhood, this rental provided the best stay for my SIL’s bachelorette trip.
