"We had a great stay at the property in November 2025. We were in town for a nearby softball tournament with my daughter. The home was clean and well appointed for all our needs. TVs throughout with streaming service, incredibly comfortable living room off the kitchen, great WiFi to support work needs and three lovely and comfortable bedrooms. Even though we didn't partake, the Hot Tub is a great perk too. Owner was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate throughout the stay. Would certainly recommend if staying in the area."

"This is our second stay in a few months! This place is perfect for any baseball teams attending tournaments at Lakepoint. It’s 10 min from the field and easy to have Costco/Target/Walmart orders delivered. This place has so much room to host several families- plenty to do to keep everyone occupied and not feel like you are crowded. Pierre is amazing to work with! We had no issues either time we stayed here!"

"The property itself was great. It wasn't openly shared that people were living downstairs and they had a dog that barked early every morning right at the stairs. The kitchen was bare (only 4 plates, no trash bags, and there was no toaster as stated). It was clean most places except the bathroom's cabinets, and the bathroom door in the master room kept falling off the hinges. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The surrounding area had a ton to do, but the area the home is was nice and secluded. My daughter loved watching the sunrise and staring out the sliding glass door. Everything was clean, and directions on how to use items were easy to understand and communication was clear and concise with the property owner. I would definitely recommend this listing to others. "
