"Hotel Laonzena was an average hotel and I would give it 3 stars. Our check-in process wasn't very welcoming - we arrived at 1.45pm, just an hour before the official check-in time of 3pm. We asked if we could check in early but the front desk lady immediately dismissed our request and told us to come back at 3pm. "The hotel room was very clean, and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. One tip I would offer is this: if you have a room that faces the direction of the main road, then I would advise to bring ear plugs for sleeping. The traffic is very loud and busy throughout the day and into the early hours of the morning. I always bring ear plugs, so for me, the quality of sleep was very good."
