A different kind of stay

Hotel will send a form for registration before stay. A code will be generated for check in and an email with parking instrns provided. There are 2 parking sites that are a short walk away. Getting there may be tricky first time round. Our apt was industrial style, spacious with a small kitchenette and a washing machine. Can hear the neighbours when they talk loudly. The hotel is located near a shopping mall with supermarket and restaurants. Convenient location for those who drive.

Cool hotel. Industrial design interior. Very spacious room. Interesting bed frame with adjustable height and angle. Pleasant stay. Check in time is right on the dot at 15:00. Not a second earlier because it’s an automatic system. Parking is at the corner of the street, guided by a friendly staff

A rare find

A rare find in a sea of regular hotels. The hotel or I should say the guesthouse has only six units for rental. The unit I rented was a two bedroom apt with kitchen and a large living room. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a washing machine in the bathroom. The guesthouse is artistically designed and has a warehouse retro look. The ground floor is a cafe and also the check-in area (an email will be sent out on how to check in). There is no onsen onsite but we were offered complimentary onsen visit to nearby onsen, which was a really nice surprise. The property is located across from You Me mall and short walking distance to Beppu Tower and seafront. My family totally enjoyed our stay at Hajimari and especially appreciate the spaciousness and cleanliness of the unit. If we return to Beppu, we will definitely stay here again.

Spacious room with essential amenities. Let down l by noise pollution and firmer bed. No dryer in the room was a bit of a let down, as we thought we could do the washing in our room, but we didn't have time to line dry the clothes.

De accommodatie is hip, trendy en origineel. Er wordt aan heel wat details gedacht die het verblijf nog aangenamer maken. Enigste minpunt is wel dat het naast een drukke baan ligt en dat het enkel glas is. Indien je met oordoppen slaapt, geen probleem!
