Loved this place
We had an amazing and relaxed time at this place. Service was excellent, the meals were delicious and we had an amazing server who was very attentive. Room was clean and modern looking, amenities were great. Loved the in-room bath. Will definitely go back again if we are in Beppu.

It is a very nice property with a nice view, but suggest that you book 1F rooms if not you will not have any view. I booked Japanese Western Style Room with Half Open-air Bath, 1F. The onsen in the room is really nice and so enjoyable when you are back after a busy day of driving around. The location is good too, very near to Beppu city in a few minutes by car. Also suggest that you rent a car, it is much easier. The breakfast is really good too, the pure Japanese tradition, the restaurant room has a beautiful view too with large windows. We had dinner as well, which is also very good. I have rated cleanliness poor, because our room was not cleaned on our second day when back at around 56pm, we were told that they forgot (although only 2 rooms were occupied, it was not a busy time). For the price tag (SGD360 / night) cleaning a room is not something that can be missed. I expect the room to be cleaned. Since it was after 6pm they simply removed the trash but they did not tidy the room up, a bit disappointing. Without this issue I would give a better rating because all the other aspects are good.

Comfort Emails were received from both expedia and hotel when our train got delayed and couldnt have arrived on time before the desired dinner time.. that definitely can sooth our tension during then..

The staff were very helpful and willing to accommodate our needs. We had experienced a delay in check-in and dinner due to a train incident, and the staff have dealt with it very professionally. They were willing to reserve the dinner for us without incurring any additional costs. The public onsen for women is on the small side but very nice and pleasant nonetheless.

The only part we dislike is that part of our view was blocked by the public onsen. The view was so fantastic that i could just sit there every morning watching the sun rise

The indoor onzen n the atmosphere is what one looks for in a vacation; only drawback being the secluded location and the insects, which made us little nervous(understand it’s part of a natural environment, but still).

Perfect Getaway for quiet weekend.
Overall beautiful property as it's still pretty new. Staff were very friendly and warm, most helpful. Loved the half open air bath. Only setback is its location, in order to capture the view, the hotel is situated on a hill surrounded by local residences. There's really nothing much to do nearby after dinner which is served at 6pm.

Beautiful hotel away from the hustle and bustle
Hotel is reasonably priced. Excellent modern design. Room is clean and well layout. Food is fantastic! If you're driving, do follow the Google map instead of the map code provided by the hotel. The GPS in the car takes a longer route.

Exceptional Modern Onsen Inn with Great View!
The hotel is practically brand new, and its located on the hillside with amazing view of the Beppu Bay. We were greeted at the door and brought to a seating area and presented with matcha green tea and a light snack, before brought to our room. There are a total of 14 rooms in the building, and our room was on the second floor with panoramic view from the terrace. The room is nice size and tastefully decorated with a separate seating and sleeping area. The in-room onsen with shower was great. The staff are friendly and helpful, they spoke good English and had explained in detail on every aspect of the facility. The two meals were both very delicious and plentiful. For dinner we were set into a private room area, and it was served Kaiseki style with a modern twist. For breakfast we were set in a booth with large window with the same great view, the food was Japanese style with local ingredients. Overall it was the best accommodation we had on our trip, very impressed, highly recommended! Will definitely return!

雰囲気や清潔感がありとっても良かったのですが、荷物を預けるためにホテルに向かい、ロビーで5分ほど居ただけなのにチェックインしてない方は出てってくれと言われたのはかなり残念。 雨も土砂降りで、ロビーには他の利用客も特に居なく、迷惑行為もしていないのに追い出すように言われたのは初めてです。 チェックインした途端態度を変え、おもてなししてくれました。 山の方なのでバスでは難しく、(最寄りのバス停までは山道を歩いて20分) わざわざタクシーで向かったのに、土砂降りの中追い出されたのですぐまたタクシーで戻りました。

這次和家人入住了兩天，對旅館整體感覺都十分良好。 優點： - 日式和風旅館，房間外牆以木為主，房內有私人風呂，浸浴時窗外會望到一些樹木和房屋（但會被樓下公共溫泉的屋頂遮擋了部分景觀）。而房內空間感十分足夠，廳中央更有茶几，並設有頗大的露台，房內基本日用品都很足夠。 - 員工友善有禮，會盡量以簡單英語與我們溝通，我們有什麼需要，他們都很快會為我們解決。 - 日式早餐定食都很精緻美味，兩天的菜式皆不同，對住多於一天的住客來說都很有新鮮感 - 旅館房間不多，不會有擁擠的感覺，環境寧靜舒服 要考慮的地方： - 旅館位置不太方便，位於山上，路很窄，入夜山路的燈光較暗。自駕遊人士前來會較方便, 但晚上駕車要小心 -房內設施看得出有點歷史痕跡，但整體都很乾淨，是可接受的程度 - 房內隔音較差，會容易聽到樓上傳來的聲音 - 除了公共溫泉、餐廳、小型酒吧外，看似沒有其他設施（如coin laundry)

교통편이 좋지 않아 후쿠오카에서 렌트 해서 찾아갔고 인근에 편의시설이 가깝지 않아 차를 갖고 가시는게 좋아 보입니다. 방은 뷰가 정말 좋고 프라이빗 온천이 있어 아주 만족 스러웠습니다. 침구도 특급호텔급이라 만족했습니다. 조식과 카이세키는 수준 이상급 이였고 직원분들도 전반적으로 친절 했습니다. 매점이 있긴하나 로컬 맥주 말곤 살게 없고 근처에 도보로 갈만한 상점은 없으니 참고 하심 좋을듯 합니다.

Nicely arranged rooms with great view on Beppu, private Onsen and comfortable bed. I strongly recommend booking the dinner option (Kaiseki). It’s very good quality and staff will go the extra mile to make it a lasting experience.

ロケーションはとても良かったです。窓からの景色が綺麗でした。お食事も美味しかったです。宿の場所がわかりずらく入り口に工事（？）の雑然とした雰囲気の場所があり少し興ざめです。それと二階の足音が響くのが気になりました。

테라스 미도바루
산중턱에 위치해서 고즈넉하고 운치 있어요 . 건물이 예쁘고 방도 넓고 예뻐요. 직원분들도 친절하시고 조식도 정갈하고 맛있습니다. 벳푸역에서 택시로 1500엔정도 나왔어요. 교통이 불편하지만 그만큼 조용하고 한적한곳에 있다는 것이니깐 만족합니다.
