まず、最高でした！！ お部屋の作りも素敵だし、よく考えて作られていて眺めも最高で絶景でした。 立地条件がやはり勾配があるのでフロントへの行き来は大変ですが、お部屋が素敵なので気になりません。 駐車場の位置が部屋の隣ならもっと良かったかな。 設備は少し気になるところがありました。ただ、夜に不備をお話しした際に、外国のスタッフの方の対応も良かったし、翌朝には完璧に改善されていました。個人的にはこういう迅速な対応が素晴らしい施設の方が安心できるなという印象でした。チェックアウトの際も責任者の方の代わりにお声がけいただいたスタッフの方の対応も素晴らしかったです。 個人的にはキッチンに洗剤とスポンジがあると、容器など洗えて再利用したかったので次はお願いしようと思います。（SDGSの観点から） 食事も美味しかったです。 子供向けのポテトなどあるともっと嬉しいかも（笑） あとお菓子に塩系のお菓子か、和菓子あるともっと嬉しい。 海外の利用客も多かったので！ そして、お風呂も最高でした。 私は大浴場利用してませんが、眺めが最高だと家族が言ってました。 3世代で利用しましたが、全員大満足！ お部屋がたくさんなので子供も楽しかったようです。 お部屋のドライヤーとシャワーとヘアアイロンがリファだったのも良かった。 子供のアメニティも揃っていました。 改善して欲しいことは、お部屋のアンケートに書きましたが、また次も絶対行きたいと思うので、改善されていると期待しています。 決して安くは無いですが、泊まる価値有りだと思います。 総合して、スタッフも施設も最高の宿泊施設です。
