"To begin with I requested 2 towels for each guest as we were staying two nights. I was told that they would be provided although normally each guest is only provided 1 towel and that they expected a "good" review for doing so. Next we were told that check in was at 4 and check out was before 10 although it clearly states check out is at 10:00 am. Loud live music played from a next door club from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM. "露天風呂は開放感があって良い。しかし、22時までしか入れないから長く楽しめない。室内に入ると臭い（温泉の匂いではない）エアコンの暖房が効かない備え付けの食器、調理器具が衛生的とは思えない。敷布団が薄いし変な分かれ方しているので寝にくい。総合的に鑑み、料金が高いと感じた。唯一良い点はアフリカンサファリと地獄めぐりが近い事。"
