The bounteous equipped apartment is on the ground floor of the house. The living room, which is for your use, is on request 77 m² up to 100 m² large. The kitchen is equipped with an electronic stove, coffee machine, kettle, electronic cutting machine, cutlery, dishes und cleaning materials. In the cosy living room is a sat-TV, video, radio and a cupboard with books. On demand are two bedrooms, each of it with an extensile sleeping armchair. Linen provided. The bathroom has a shower and a separate toilet. Towel are provides, beach towels too. We place the garden with a great sunbathing area, suites and possibility to grill our guests at disposal. Your four-legged friend can sleep in a large kennel. A parking space is in front of the house. Furthermore you can use an infrared warming booth with a sauna oven as well as pieces of sports equipment.

Eigentlich können wir nur wiederholen, was andere schon schrieben: - Eine wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in der Bergidylle -- erinnere mich nicht an eine ähnlich vollständige Ausstattung eines Appartements in unserer 25-jährigen FeWo-Direkt-Erfahrung - Sehr aufmerksame Vermieter -- haben uns fast täglich zu Ausflugszielen und der Geschichte des historischen Orts ausgetauscht und viele nützliche Tipps bekommen - Gute & ruhige Lage als Ausgangspunkt für viele Ziele, auch direkt vom Haus aus -- 2-4° C kühler als im Tal, was in den heißen Sommerwochen ja auch von Vorteil sein kann --> Gesamturteil: sehr empfehlenswert!

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien
Sehr gemütliche Ferienwohnung, man kann sich richtig Zuhause fühlen. Sauber und sehr gut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Eine tolle Dusche, gemütliche Betten, super Brötchenservice und sehr angenehme, nette Vermieter. Es fehlte uns an nichts auf dem Obersalzberg. Der Wanderparkplatz Hinterbrand ist nur wenige Autominuten entfernt, Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe, nach Berchtesgaden wenige Autominuten.

Perfekt für den Familienurlaub
Eine blitzsaubere, geräumige und bestens ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Als Familie mit Kindern haben wir nicht zuletzt den vielen Stauraum und die Ablageflächen sehr zu schätzen gewusst - vor allem aber die sehr nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieterehepaar. In der Umgebung gibt es ohne weite Wege für alle Altersgruppen viel zu unternehmen. Die Ferienwohnung ist dafür sehr verkehrsgünstig und zugleich sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir empfehlen sie sehr!
