Auf 1000m Höhe, 500m über dem Ortskern von Berchtesgaden lässt es sich herrlich entspannen. Die Ruhe und die Bergluft bieten einen erfrischenden Kontrast zum Alltag und laden ein, ausgiebig Wanderungen zu unternehmen. Die Residenz bietet hochwertige, neu eingerichtete Ferienwohnungen, Appartements und Doppelzimmer. Alle Räumlichkeiten besitzen einen Balkon und moderne Duschbäder. Die Ferienwohnungen & Appartements beinhalten eine Kitchenette oder eine Küche, die mit Herdplatten und Kühlschrank ausgestattet sind. Auch die Doppelzimmer bieten Möglichkeit Kaffee & Tee zuzubereiten. Das Gepäck darf erleichtert werden um Bettwäsche, Handtücher- & Spülmittel. Dies ist bereits vorhanden.
Das Appartement ist mit ca. 60m² sehr groß und nach vorne, Richtung Berge ausgerichtet. Der Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein.
Die Einrichtung ist modern und komfortabel. In der Küchenzeile ist es möglich auf 2 Herdplatten Kleinigkeiten zuzubereiten. Auch ein Toaster, eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Wasserkocher sowie Geschirr stehen Ihnen zur Verfügung.
Das Gepäck kann um Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Geschirrspülmittel erleichtert werden. Das stellen wir bereit.
Das Badezimmer ist hochwertig ausgestattet und bietet eine bodenebene Dusche.

Wir schauen alle 3 Tage bei Ihnen vorbei, wechseln Handtücher, saugen durch und bieten somit eine Erleichterung.
Urlaub muss schließlich erholsam sein!
