Friendly reception, exceeded expectation.
Great location, just a 5 min drive from the main town centre. The 2 reception ladies that served us were friendly and welcoming. Morning breakfast was good. Room was clean and spacious. Do remember to ask the receptiom for a hotel discount card, we managed to get some discount for the jennerbahn using the card.

Fabulous stay
This places lives up to the other reviews. It was exceptional. It was immaculate. There was a lot of cupboard space for belongings and it was nice to have a kettle to make tea in the room. The breakfast was AMAZING! It’s located just 3 min from the main town by car which makes it perfect for peace and quiet but easy to get to everything. I walked into town one day and it took 20 min. The host was very helpful with dinner suggestions. We did a few day trips across to Salzburg and it was lovely to come back to this quiet base . We were sad to leave after 3 wonderful days and will return for longer next time .

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were very friendly, helped us make reservations at local restaurants (we speak very little German) and provided great advice and directions to the local area. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant area was beautifully decorated. The rooms were clean and functional and also beautifully decorated. A luxury stay and would definitely return for a future stay. A very short walk down the street we found the Salt Mines area and gift shop etc., a beautiful walk by water so clear we could watch the fish swimming underwater and the ducks splashing above the water. Mountains surround this stunning location for a beautiful view every way you look. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We hope to be back again.

Lovely hotel
The hotel is very pretty and decorated to a high standard. The parking is on site which is perfect. The room was very nice with gowns available and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast was also very nice. When we arrived we went to our room but is hadn’t been made up and hadn’t been cleaned after previous guest. We went back to reception and was given another room which was good but a twin room and we had booked a double. Apart from this everything was good. We went for dinner nearby to a fantastic restaurant.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Too far for us to walk to the city center. No A\C, so we had to keep our windows open since the weather was nice and warm. We had a little traffic noise, but not too bad. Great breakfast!

Comfortable stay
I love our stay here. Though the room is small but we have everything we need. I feel very comfortable here. Breakfast is good do it is a plus. The host is very helpful. I definitely consider staying here again.

Our room was beautiful and seemed like new. The breakfast was nice and good. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. One thing that I'll note is that arrival before 8:00 p.m. is required to check in because there is no staff available after that time; otherwise, you'll have to make late check-in arrangements with the hotel prior to your arrival.

Location was exceptional , minutes from Klehsteinhaus , Jennerbanh , and Konigsee. Breakfast which was included was fantastic as well. Not just a boring continental , eggs, bacon, pastries, and fruit. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location as the hotel is just on the edge of the town, fantastic setting and the view from the hotel is amazing! Modern and tastefully decorated, rooms were surgically clean! Breakfast was unbelievably good, HUGE range of continental style breakfast and fresh pastries. Would not hesitate to stay here again with friendly staff it made our trip - absolutely fantastic stay!

Excellent location, quiet, walking path with beautiful scenery right nearby. Lobby very elegant, with soft classy music, and seating area with arm chairs. Superb coffee machine makes all kinds of coffee drinks—delicious breakfast.

Recently Renovated, Great Location & Breakfast
Perfectly renovated hotel with excellent rooms, great breakfast and free parking. Walk to the town centre is an enjoyable 15-20 minutes and very doable. Staff were excellent and I really felt this was one of the best options in the area. Ignore the past reviews you can tell the management have really tried to turn this place around. A brilliant stay.
