Berck town hall, beautiful 3 / 4P apartment. perfect condition, living room of 34 m2, (convertible sofa), with fitted and equipped kitchen, (microwave; hob; oven; fridge; coffee maker; teapot; toaster / toast).

Bathroom: shower-bath, 2 large bedrooms and folding bed, laundry room equipped with a washing machine, plenty of storage, separate wc, very bright, sunny, quiet.
Parking a car in the yard at the entrance of the house. Villa close to shops and all amenities, close to the beach.

To fully enjoy your vacation in BERCK at KINAO is to take full advantage of the peace and quiet within the house and the neighborhood.
It is also to share with you our passion for this region of Nord-Pas de Calais, whose seafront is healthy, the wilderness preserved, as well as the quality of its bathing waters, (Blue Flag).

Wir waren nun schon zum 2. Mal dort und es war wieder ein wundershöner Aufenthalt. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht, ist geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist äußerst herzlich, liebevoll und großzügig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Très bonnes explications sur l'endroit,bonne communication avec la personne qui loue l'appart. Pas de soucis niveau litteries .Pas assez de vaiselles (plats ,couvercles de poêles).Manquerai des portes serviettes dans la salle de bain,une hôte aspirante dans la cuisine..Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la decouverte de Berck et ses cerfs volants.

Schöne Wohnung

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin, einfach aber ansprechend eingerichtete Wohnung, in die wir unseren Hund mitnehmen durften. Geschäfte und Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen, das Meer ist ein paar Autominuten entfernt, mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen direkt an der Strandpromenade.

Tolles Appartement, wundervolle Gastgeber.

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin aufs Herzlichste empfangen und auch die Kommunikation und der Informationsfluss im Vorfeld waren super. Insgesamt haben wir elf Tage in dem super eingerichteten und großzügigen Appartement in Berck verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage eignet sich hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an der Côte d' Opale.

Tout a été parfait pour notre séjour à Berck pour le festival des cerfs-volants. Le logement est très propre, spacieux, fonctionnel, confortable et conforme à l’annonce. Olympia est une personne chaleureuse, d’une gentillesse incomparable et son accueil est le meilleur que j’ai pu recevoir de toutes les locations que j’ai eu l’occasion de réaliser. Wir haben hier mit unseren 3 Enkeltöchern 5 wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, mit bereitgestellten kalten Getränke und einem großen Obstkorb. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, gut aufgeteilt und hat alles was man henötigt. Der tolle Strand und Geschäfte sind gut erreichbar. Un accueil au top

Un accueil familial et chaleureux comme on n en fait plus. L appartement est d une propreté irréprochable et est très bien occupé. Un rapport qualité prix imbattable à mon avis.
