Ideal couple, feet in the water you reside in a Berckoise architecture apartment close to the sea, luxury apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator, parking in new building with secure gate, door code vigik, bicycle storage. Balcony overlooking the dunes 5 minutes walk from the beach near the base of sand yachts. The apartment standards disabled includes an entrance with closet, bathroom, separate toilet, large living room of 30 M2 with high-end sofa convertible easily (new bedding), flat screen TV and second sofa bed very comfortable for 2 children, kitchenette, dishwasher, ceramic hob, small oven. All floored's nice in a quiet and peaceful place. Rental from Saturday to Saturday 7 nights min. No rental Weekend.

l appartement est vaste,lumineux silencieux ,assez bien situé. Ce qui a posé problème, ce sont les équipements,dans un étât assez déplorable: cafetière électrique entartrée, en panne dès le 2eme jour, plaque électrique, mais tellement vieille que toutes les réglages sont effacés(il nous a fallu un certain temps pour arriver à régler correctement ), la résistance supérieure du four en panne , l' aspirateur en étât de marche, mais le tuyau ne tient pas.Pour aspirer. il faut être 2, un qui tient le tuyau accroché au bloc moteur, le 2eme qui aspire. exercice assez sportif........ Sans compter une batterie de cuisine qui a fait son temps. difficile de cuisiner avec une casserole sans queue....et des poeles assez cabossées... Le ménage avait été fait de façon assez sommaire, et les toilettes et salle de bain étaient sales. Dommage, car cet appartement pourrait être super. Peut être faudrait il faire quelques investissements, histoire de renouveller les équipements plus que viellissants.

Super semaine à berk

Le studio est super, la plage est à côté pas très loin à pied ou en voiture. Le studio est agreable et parfait pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Merci Brigitte pour la visite et le départ agréable avec le sourire.

bel Appartement moderne dans un style berckois très bien situé tout proche de la grande plage de sable fin de Berck sur mer côté dunes, l'endroit est très sauvage et préservé, possibilité de rendre visite aux phoques qui s'y sont installés et qui ont trouvé quiétude non loin de là... la visite vaut le détour ! mais aussi vélo, char à voile, marches, visites, Berck nous a séduit par son dynamisme... pour ne pas surpris par ses animations et possibilités de détente ; restauration, balades, ambiance et animations variés pour petits et grands ! L'appartement est bien situé, très lumineux et agréable dans une belle résidence.
