The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Upon checkout, please place all dirty dishes in dishwasher after rinsing. We have provided soap and dishwasher pods. Start dishwasher prior to leaving and we will unload after wash is complete.
Remove any personal items and place trash and used trash bags in the receptacle on the rear patio.
Please place all used towels, wash cloths in the bath floor or in tub. Upon departure, place the key back into the lockbox on the front door which has a combo of 7373.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great house, great location-close to everything. We enjoyed local restaurants and shops. The house is comfortable with thoughtful touches like throw blankets and a welcome basket. It is just like the pictures. We would stay here again when back in Berea!

Perfect getaway for two longtime friends. Everything was sparkling clean. So many nice things like cozy blankets on beds and sofa, great snacks and bottled water, well appointed kitchen. One comment from a short person-a step stool in the kitchen woukd be nice for those tall cabinets!!!
