Property was clean, but it is dated. I think it could be updated. The front desk clerk couldn’t have been any more helpful and then on top of that she got the breakfast ready for everybody. She was pleasant and hard-working.

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. My family lives in Berea & came to visit me & swim in the pool. The staff really made my stay enjoyable. I will stay again later this year when I visit family.

This was a great hotel, right off the interstate in Berea. It was extremely clean, staff were very helpful; the recommendation for the local restaurant, the Dinner Bell, was spot-on for a great meal. Breakfast was set up well and was well-attended. We will stay here again if traveling the area.

Honestly the biggest complaint was the room smelled like terrible body odor and the air conditioner unit was so loud it kept waking me up. A lot was outdated yet there were some random updates? The bed was clean, comfortable, and no bugs. The pillows were great but the door to the bathtub was broken. The two front desk people we interacted with were very friendly as well.

This Comfort Inn is newly updated. The room was very nice, clean, the bed was great. Breakfast area was very clean. The basic hotel Breakfast but everything was fresh and replenished when needed. Easy, safe location. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks

What a great experience! We travel a lot and this is by far the cleanest well maintained hotel in this price range from Indianapolis to Bristol, Va and we’ve stayed in a lot! They have remodeled to a retro theme and it is so cute but what stands out is the carpet was exceptionally clean and the bathrooms or impeccable. In four days, we stayed at this hotel two times and both times had the same great experience. They accept pets and the price is amazing with no hassle and no questions. We were so pleased with our stay this week and will use this hotel again!
