Positive:
1. Location was good - one of the many reasons I picked the hotel. 2. Restaurant and breakfast was good, although there were no non-dairy options. ie: Oat milk for coffee. 3. Housekeeping was responsive and good.
Area to Improve:
1. check in was pure madness, plus no instructions on breakfast, the fact that the pool and spa cost extra (which by the way, is really bad practice, given it's a lot of the reason why I picked the property),
2. Not very handicap accessible. I had to go all through the bowels of the basement to finally find a way to get to the pool. There was no regular guest elevator (only stairs, which I could not use). Also, the room was as far away as possible from the elevator, not smart for someone who is mobility impaired. Nor was there any grab bars or shower chair. No instructions on how to use the phone to get anything taken care of in the room. 3. I had asked to already have the roll-away in the room when I arrived. I had to call two times the following day to make this happen.
