Rooms are not cleaned unless you specifically request this. The corridor was dirty and in my three day stay was not cleaned.

Second time at the hotel as convenient for the airport... both times excellent rooms, new bathroom and spacious... surrounding area is basically a building site and no facilities so car needed.

Large, well-maintained hotel with easy access from the main road and to the airport. Grand entrance and reception areas, give a good first impression and this was added to by the friendly young man on reception who made check in quick and easy. The room was beautifully appointed and although one of the cheapest had a queen bed and separate sitting/TV area with coffee machine. The bathroom was clearly new and very well done. This was an excellent experience for the last night of my time in Norway before flying out and I would definitely return to this hotel on future visits.

Phenomenal hotel! The included breakfast buffet is the best we've experienced. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant on premises is wonderful. Parking on property economical.Just 45 minutes to Bergen by convenient tram. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

It was amazing, the room was warm, spotlessly clean, comfortable and pleasant to stay in. The breakfast is excellent, the hotel staff is very kind, location 15 minutes from the center of Bergen. Definitely recommended

Its breakfast is super. You have to walk 7 minutes to the bus stop and it takes 11 bus stops to go to downtown. Overall, we enjoyed the 4-night stay there and would do it again.

Very useful and friendly staff. Hotel is clean and breakfast exceptional. Better that Hyatt, Sheraton , Hilton. I had a room suitable for 3 adults. Outdoor Parking was free which was very unusual for Norway. Location is 20 mins from city centre and parking in the city is 22 euro.

Hotel was very comfortable and modern. Parking is NOT free as indicated by Hotels.com. There is a NOK 750 (approx. $7.50USD) per day charge for parking, even on the outside of the building. This was disappointing to discover only after I arrived.

2 nights near Bergen
This hotel is midway between Bergen airport and Bergen city center. Property is in great condition, room comfortable and quiet, excellent service at front desk. Extensive breakfast kept well stocked. We stayed here to be close to Grieg museum/house not far away. It is a little far from Bergen center but cheaper and no parking charge. Would recommend and stay again if in the area.

The property is very nice and is tucked away from the busy areas. The restaurant and breakfast is good also. Be aware that many restaurants are closed on Sunday. This is true at this hotel as well. Good food is available at a nearby mall though. I have stayed there twice now.

Overall it was very good experience. The location was nice. Breakfast was great. Room was comfy. I did not like the extra parking fee. when we booked it says parking included. They charged us extra for the parking which is quite odd. Thanks

Difficult to find, possibly due to construction. Layout of building not convenient for those with mobility issues. Staff helpful and friendly. Facility clean. Got the impression the hotel as a whole focuses more on conferences than individual guests.

Room was cute. We took the skyss light rail and the train stop is a bit of hike to the hotel (uphill). We arrived at night, in the rain and it was a bit of a walk. Thankfully most of the sidewalks were open and we rolled our luggage. The lighting along the road is not great and no one seems to drive that road much. There is a new condo complex being built along the road, so it felt kind of deserted and spooky. However, we were pleasantly surprised to turn the corner and see the hotel. The breakfast was AMAZING!! So good!

Recently renovated, this hotel's excellent staff made everything work. We checked in early as they had availability. Our 5th floor room was cleaned both days per our request. The breakfast had everything. They even ordered us a taxi for our early morning trip to Bergen Airport. Truly a fine team and facility.

This property is a 5 minute walk to Terminal 5. The rooms are well appointed and quiet. Breakfast is fine, with food beverage available most hours.
