Upon check-in, staff member gave us a great recommendation for dinner and called to make a reservation for us. Included breakfast was extensive and very good......many hot items. Staff also reserved a cab the next morning for our ride to the Havila ship terminal. Great stay.

Lovely hotel in the middle of everything there is to see in bergen. Cant be beat. Nice room great breakfast quiet and a bar! So easy to do everything we wanted from here. Restaurants in all directions. Great stay!

We had a large room, the largest that we stayed in while travelling in Scandinavia. The hotel is located in the centre making it very convenient for touring. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh hot and cold foods. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby and lounge throughout the day.

Beautiful hotel right in the centre. It was clean. The room was small but good. The shower cubicle was not great. The breakfast was very good. There were so many things to select from. Bergen is a very charming place. The prices are very high.

Absolutely everything! Our room was wonderful! Exactly what we had hoped for. The breakfast each morning was unbelievable! So many wonderful options. Amazing food. Coffee and expresso machines always available. The location was perfect! Close to shops, funicular, fish market, buses, we could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants were close by, great variety and plenty of excellent food. All staff were so helpful and friendly. I truly cannot recommend this hotel enough!!!

My stay at this hotel in Bergen was lovely. Great location in the city center and walking distance to everything. The hotel building is older but the rooms were very clean and had everything I needed. The bed and pillows were also very comfy. I found the hotel quiet which was nice to relax however because the building is older the walls are quite thin and noise does travel. Especially from outside. But earplugs helped with this. The buffet breakfast is outstanding and the nespresso machine was the best for my morning cappuccino :) would definitely recommend a stay here.
