The room itself was a fantastic space! Very comfortable and quite cute. The whole building and town are just lovely. Wish we would have had time to stay for the Christmas Market.

Dont miss this place!
Amazing town, full of colourful old buildings. The accommodation was perfect, if you want an authentic French experience, this is the place you shoukd stay. Great pool and spa, great restaurant. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend it to everyone!

Tranquille Alsace hotel
The hotel is beautiful with a lot of character, the bed was very comfortable and the room was cozy, the kitchenette is well equipped and the spa and breakfast were very enjoyable. We will come again with our extended family! Many thanks.

Great find!
Lovely hotel in a quiet village. Clean, comfortable and the pool/jacuzzi were a bonus. Restaurant within the hotel complex served decent food at good prices. Would recommend!

Great village. Charming but no tour buses.
Lovely village. Charming old hotel. Very good restaurant in the village Wistub du Sommelier. Some very good wine makers within 10 mins of village- Deiss, Spielmann, Gassmann. Room a bit tired but clean. Restaurant not as good as others in the village. Decent value for the room considering location.

Overall good, nice staffs, nice restaurant and a very pretty roof terrace. Room is very old, facility can be improved. No kettle or tea/coffee facility within the room.

Ikke børnevenligt hotel og obs på restaurant
Fint hotel, men virkelig ikke godt hvis man har børn med. Restauranten er lukket onsdage og torsdag hvilket ikke fremstår nogle steder. Poolen på hotellet må ikke benyttes af børn, kun voksne. Vi stod derfor med 3 meget skuffede børn, eftersom vi specifikt gik efter er hotel med pool. Derudover er der kun betalingsparkering foran hotellet selvom der står der er gratis parkering. Hvis man vil parkere gratis skal man være heldig og finde en plads lidt væk fra hotellet. Rejser man uden børn er det et fint hotel. Men vi var meget skuffede.

Dear guest,Thanks for your stay and your comment.We are very sorry to read that your stay did not meet your expectations.Our restaurant is actually closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays but this is specified on our various media.We also send you when booking a link with the list of restaurants open on those days (Bergheim and surroundings).The spa area is reserved for adults because there are also treatment and massage rooms and for peace and quiet it is preferable to reserve it for adults.Finally, there is no paying car park in Bergheim.Places located directly in front of the hotel are limited to 30 minutes (blue zone) while luggage is unloaded.Then the large free public car park is just 50m from the hotel entrance.We nevertheless hope to see you again soon.Best Regards,The Direction

The pool is only for adults
Lovely small city and very charming old hotel. our flat was very nice. The breakfast was average. The pool is only for adults and when I booked - I could not see this. We have 3 kids so they were not happy.

Agréable séjour.
Chambre spacieuse et calme. La piscine est tres froide, le jacuzzi est parfait. Le petit déjeuner est décevant,et cher. Pas de possibilité d'avoir un capuccino ou un expresso,la salade de fruits bien qu'avec des fruits frais n'est pas bonne.

Der Ort Bergheim bietet wenig! Das Hotel und auch Restaurant sind ok. Allerdings ist das Essen dort nicht günstig und auch nicht als „erste Sahne“ zu bezeichnen. Ein Paar Kilometer weiter ist z.B. Ribeauville viel schöner.
