Alles hat gut geklappt. Sehr nette Gastgeber ;) FeWo war wie beschrieben. Zum Entspannen und für Wanderungen eine gute Umgebung. In kurzer Distanz verschiedene Ausflugsziele vorhanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Besuch. Die FeWo ist empfehlenswert.

Irreführende Klassifizierung

Dass man zuerst in allen Räumen plus Kleider- und Küchenschränken Staub wischen muss, bevor man sich häuslich einrichtet, gehört für uns nicht zu einem gelungenen Urlaubsauftakt. Die Sauberkeit ließ im Ganzen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Nach der zweiten Blick war klar, dass wir in dieser Küche NICHT kochen werden. Nur, um einige unschönen Überraschungen zu nennen: dunkelbraune Schmutzecken im Bad, schwergängig-verkalkte Durscharmatur, völlig versiffter Toaster (wurde netterweise ausgetauscht), verdreckte Besteckschublade, riesige Kalkflocken im Wasserkocher (haben wir entkalkt), verkalktes Spülbecken mit Armatur, fleckiges Sofa (das "covern" der Flecken mit Überwürfen wirkt etwas verzweifelt) … Statt eines Doppelbetts zwei furchtbar knarzende Einzelbetten mit ungemütlichen Rahmen in der Mitte. Nach fünf Tagen schlug uns letztendlich der kopfschmerzverursachende Teppichmief im Schlafzimmer in die Flucht. An Regentagen wurde dann die ganze Wohnung zu einer olfaktorischen Zumutung. Ein Mobilfunknetz gibt es leider immer noch nicht - diesbezüglich wurden wir vorab leider fehlinformiert. Das erste Mal, dass wir einen Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen haben. Für uns bleibt die 4*-Klassifizierung rätselhaft. Selbstverständlich haben wir unsere Kritik dem überaus freundlichen Vermieter persönlich mitgeteilt. Dass der Preis direkt nach unserer Abreise um 20% gesenkt und dann wieder etwas angehoben wurde, ist bemerkenswert, ändert jedoch nichts an unserem Fazit: Leider 4 Sterne zu viel!

Urlaub im Berkatal

Sehr günstige und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage. Zum wandern ist die Umgebung perfekt geeignet. Ausflugsziele sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett. Absolut empfehlenswert, wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Viele Grüße aus Dresden.

Eine angenehme Ferienwohnung, in der perfekt vorgesorgt ist und auch ein bestens ausgeschildertes Wanderwegenetz sind gute Voraussetzungen für den erholsamen Urlaub.
