Beautiful Victorian built in 1912 “The Brookside Manor” in Berkeley Springs WV
- This beautiful Victorian built in 1912 “The Brookside Manor” is located in the heart of downtown Berkeley Springs within easy walking distance of all the town’s attractions. This marvelous turn of the century house boasts a rounded front porch and entryway. In the rear of the house there is a wonderful view of the brook that meanders through the town. There is a large “shared” brick patio overlooking the historic healing waters complete with outside dining area. This turn of the century house was completely restored between 2006 and 2008. Providing historical comfort with modern day conveniences.
