"I was pleased overall and would stay there again. My only complaint is that the Starbucks in the lobby did not serve Starbucks brand coffee. Also, the hot water for the shower was a bit lacking. We were on the 6th floor so that may be the reason."

"Valet was not good— after several hours drive we arrived at 4;00 pm only to be told “ we won’t have valet until 6:00”. What? What’s the point of having valet if it doesn’t work? She offered no help regarding self parking. Said every garage around there was full. Not a great way to start a trip."

Quiet, Nice, and Functional
"Everything was nice and the area was quiet. This was very close to family we were visiting so great location for us. Only complaint we have is the couch was falling apart. Areas you would fall in and be sitting on a bar and others the sectional peices were coming apart."
