I just think they could maybe go with the boutique flair a little bit more so that we could get the feel of such a grand old hotel better. the front desk person while very pleasant was not helpful at all as far as telling us where the elevator even was at, what time they had breakfast or about the restaurant. She really didn’t give us any information so we were a little disappointed in that."
