"Staff were all very helpful and especially courteous. Rooms were clean. Had one problem with water backup in the tub when flushing toilet and we were promptly moved to another room with no further problems."

"My sister and I stayed here for a few days for our birthday celebration and I am so glad we did. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, access to the hotel and parking was easy, breakfast was delicious… it was just nice all around. If I ever find myself in Intercourse, PA again I will definitely stay here. "

"The hotel grounds were beautiful and well kept. I enjoyed the heated pools and out door jacuzzi. The staff was also really nice I can’t remember everyone’s name but i remember Karin helped us with our check in and then the younger staff from the Trails end cafe were all nice and helpful. Only downside I think the tubing is overpriced especially if we are already staying at the hotel their should offer a discount for hotel guests. I’ve done tubing elsewhere at a lower rate and without a time limit. The room was nice and clean very spacious and beds we’re comfortable. "

"Room was neat and clean. Front desk representatives were curtious. Central to the events that we chose. The only negative was our HVAC in the room - the thermostat was way off and at one point we cut the A/C on to get the roof to a comfortable temperature. "
