A fine apartment for a short city trip

Very easy to reach the inner city and the sight by S and U bahn. Enough room, there is traffic noise, but with closed windows, it is hardly noticeable

Really Nice!

The location is central and easy to reach. Great S and U Bahn access, safe and secure building. The kitchen is equipped with everything one needs during a short stay in Berlin, storage in the bedrooms is also good, lots of space to move around, despite one of the views being the Autobahn, it was extremely quiet and we slept really well. Overall really great. We would come back, should we ever come back to Berlin.

Clean, secure, 2nd floor apartment

Nice kitchen and shared living area. Comfortable mattresses on the beds but pillows were strange (very soft). Generous closet space and nice hangers. Master bedroom has a large, attractive overhead light fixture with VERY bright light, but the cord for the one bedside lamp was not long enough to reach any electrical outlet in the room, which made it unusable (so the choice at night was either VERY bright or pitch dark, nothing in between). In the bathroom, toilet seat was loose so be careful not to slide when you sit down. Need to BYO soap for shower. Location of apartment is very convenient to U-bahn and several nice restaurants, but on the corner is an erotica store so if you are traveling with young children you might want to be aware that you'll walk by large windows filled with mannequins wearing only lacy lingerie every time you arrive/leave.

Sehr sauber und sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung!

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, die Nähe zu U- und S-Bahn war für uns optimal! Die Aufteilung und Ausstattung der Wohnung hat für uns auch gut gepasst - nur der äußere Eindruck des Hauses (Flachdach, Werkstatt, Treppenhaus) hätte besser sein können!

Es geht besser

Positiv: Die FeWo ist schön groß, vernünftig eingerichtet, zentral gelegen, U-Bahn-Station fast vor der Tür. Negativ: Ein riesen Manko ist, dass es so gut wie keine Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Kostenpflichtig bzw. Anwohnerparkplätze. Wir haben den letzten Parkplatz auf einem P+R erwischt. Einige Vorhänge waren zum Teil abgerissen, das Flachdach gleicht einer Müllkippe, die eine Schlafzimmertüre lies sich erst schließen, nachdem wir die Türe ausgehangen und die Scharniere eingestellt haben. Am vorletzten Tag haben wir festgestellt, dass der Thermostat der Heizung im Wohn-Esszimmer scheinbar klemmt. Jedenfalls lies sie sich nicht ausschalten. Dennoch haben wir unseren Urlaub genossen.

Ganz ok

Die Bilder und das Angebot sind nicht mehr aktuell. In den Schlafzimmern standen jeweils zwei Einzelbetten. Als Familie mit Kleinkind hätten wir das abgebildete Doppelbett gebraucht. Das Gebäude ist nicht sehr einladend. Der Hauseingang ist nur schlecht beleuchtet und es stank nach Urin. Kostenfreie Parkplätze stimmt auch nur nachts. Tagsüber gibt es Parkraumbewirtschaftung. Der Checkin bei "Jeff" war auch etwas holprig. Man wusste erst gar nicht, wer wir sind und welche Wohnung wir haben, denn der Anbieter vermietet 6 von 12 Wohnungen im Haus. Entsprechend spartanisch und billig war die Einrichtung. Wir haben Mobiliar und Parkmöglichkeiten beim Checkin bemängelt. Aber da "Jeff" nur die Schlüssel übergibt, waren unsere Möglichkeiten begrenzt. Angeblich sind die Möbel erst vor einem Monat gewechselt worden und die Bilder noch nicht aktualisiert. Das lässt sich nicht überprüfen. Die Parkraumbewirtschaftung gibt es erst seit einem Monat. Das ist m.E. eine Lüge, denn Tempelhof hat schon lange eine Parkraumbewirtschaftung... Und wie da theoretisch 8 Leute in 4 Betten und auf 2 Sofas schlafen sollen, ist mir ein Rätsel. Naja, zumindest war es warm und sauber. Für den Preis hätte man aber mehr erwarten können.

Super freundlich und zuvorkommend

Ich habe meine Anreise leider total vergessen und der Inhaber hat mich angerufen, nachdem er wohl bei schönstem Sonnenschein 2 Stunden auf mich gewartet hat. Er war unheimlich freundlich, obwohl ich ihm, durch mein Verschulden, Zeit gestohlen habe. Vielen vielen Dank nochmal und ein großes Entschuldigung!

Der Blick aus dem Fenster auf ein Garagendach wo Müll liegt, ein riesiger See ist, da Abflüsse verstopft sind, in dem Enten schwimmen ist nicht schön.

Great apartment

We had a lovely stay in the apartment (3 adults, 2 children). The living/dining area was a great size so we had plenty of space to have dinner and for the children to play after a day of sightseeing in Berlin. The only downside was that there is a dance school directly upstairs, so there was a tapping noise on the ceiling on the evenings when the dance lessons were on. They finish by around 9.30/10pm so would not disturb your general night's sleep but was a little noisy for children trying to get to sleep earlier in the evening. This did not ruin our stay - I would happily stay here again.

Ruim maar gehorig appartement

Het betreft een ruim appartement, met goede ligging ten opzichte van het openbaar vervoer waardoor je snel in het centrum bent. Het appartement is schoon en de voorzieningen zijn goed. Nadeel is dat de woning erg gehorig is: verbindingsdeur met ander appartement, dansschool boven en druk verkeer. Hierdoor minder goed nachtrust. Beschrijving op internet klopt niet. Er is geen wasmachine en de parkeerplaats moet je zelf vinden in een zeer drukke straat; wat het erg lastig maakt.
