Clean and pleasant - I could hear a bit of noise from other guests, however this did quieten down, so wasn't overly disruptive.

Good value, convenient location
Premises was clean and quiet. The heater was not as warm as expected but the room was well insulated and overall very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone boarding an early flight.

Great Hotel
Very friendly receptionists, always happy to help with any enquiry. Rooms and hall ways were always kept tidy. The only thing I must mention is that they did not have any mini fridges or air conditioning but that was not so much an issue as the receptionists were happy for us to hand over anything that needed to be refrigerated to put in their fridge. For us, the welcoming staff were what made the hotel a great place to stay at!

Would definitely stay again
Room was comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful. Food and drink reasonably priced. Hotel is a bit out of the way from Berlin center but there is a bus stop directly outside that takes you to nearest S Bahn station and if you buy an all day ticket for 7-8 euros you can go all over Berlin using bus, tram and trains. The only thing I would like to see in the room would be your own tea/coffee making facilities.

Great price and the staff was very friendly.
The rooms were pleasantly comfortable and quiet. It is simple, clean and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was a buffet with a nice assortment of fruits and juices. In th evening, a small bar behind a the reception desk was oerfect for a glass of wine. When we needed an iron an ironing board both were relatively new and were delivered to the room with a smile.

Good hotel for one night stays
Nice new hotel within short taxi ride of Schoenefeld airport ~ 15 min €20 - €30. Half an hour walk to Aldershof business area. Limited facilities within vicinity - there is a Netto supermarket 5 mins walk away but little else. Combined Reception/Bar/Restaurant area. Limited food - about five choices but good value for money. Think of a slightly glorified modern Travellodge and you won't be far wrong. Excellent staff.

Grand Stay
The hotel was perfect for our last minute stay! It was literally steps from the cathedral and downtown ! Amazing location. The designer made good use of a small space for everything from the hotel lobby to the shower in the room. The hotel was amazingly clean and comfortable and welcoming. The front desk staff spoke English which was important since I have only very limited German. Fresh fruit and sparkling water is free with the stay on a daily basis and was a great way to relax after a long day of travel. Breakfast was a perfect add on to the stay and reasonably priced for what was offered. The dining area was cozy and had great ambiance, thought I do not drink, so I wasn't able to test out evening services. things I would mention: I wish was for additional creamers in the room available for the coffee / tea, if there are ever renovations there should be upgrade to the hairdryer as it barely worked and the shower curtain came in and kept wrapping around us while showering, so perhaps glass doors or a heavier liner would have been more comfortable. All in all, I would completely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in cologne, and I can't wait to visit again !

Great hotel.
I used the hotel due the location near to the Montessori congress and it was a great place to stay. Room was very clean and the staff very friendly.

I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. Upon check-in, I found a dirty shower towel with makeup stains. The morning brought a shock as we couldn't access our room; the hotel had only booked us for one night instead of the two we had reserved. Breakfast was a bit of a puzzle with misleading signs, swapping meat salad for egg salad and mislabeling strawberry yogurt as baked apple yogurt. The coffee seemed recycled, and butter and margarine vanished on the second day. The check-in staff appeared unmotivated and overwhelmed, even attempting to charge us again during check-out despite having already paid. Thankfully, the breakfast lady stood out with her friendliness and attentiveness, setting an example for her less impressive colleagues.

In der Nähe des Bahnhofes Schöneweide gutes Hotel. Sauber, nettes Personal und eigener Parkplatz. Leider fuhr auf Grund von Bauarbeiten die Straßenbahn nicht. Fußweg bis S-Bahn Schöneweide 15 Minuten. Alles gut

Gerne wieder
Wir waren zu zweit für eine Nacht hier. Das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich. Unser Zimmer war klein aber modern und hatte alles, was man für eine Übernachtung braucht. Alles in allem hat es uns hier gut gefallen. Wir können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
