Déconcertant et stressant

Paiement débité par l’hôtel 2 semaines avant mon séjour. Demande de réception de facture toujours en attente. L'adresse de l’hôtel communiquée par Ebookers est erronée. L'agent d'accueil téléphonique afin de répondre à cette erreur est tout sauf aidant. Une fois qu'un interlocuteur est identifié, ce dernier nous renvoie une nouvelle fois vers une Nnième adresse erronée, dans laquelle ne se trouve aucun hôtel. Une réclamation en préparation afin de se faire rembourser les frais de transport dus à ce manque d'information. Un honteux sentiment de se faire avoir qui décrédibilise complètement la plateforme Ebookers. J'espère que des compensations sont prévues pour un tel manque de professionnalisme.

I'm not usually the one to write a bad review but our experience was just very bad here. There is no reception and that's why we called ahead of time ensure we came to the right place, the guy on the phone was less than helpful. We followed the advise and directions from Expedia and ended up in the vicinity. We called the number yet again and no one answered. Mind you it was raining and we were waiting outside walking around trying to figure out where the building is for two hours... the guy finally bothered to pick up and gave us attitude about where it was and we were literally standing in front of the building for an hour and no one came for us. Eventually we run into someone else who wanted the room and a lady comes down to see us. She sees us speaking with her first and clearly we were there before and drenched (unlike the second customers) and she tells us to wait "5 minutes" to help the other guests first!! She eventually comes back to get us in 30 more minutes and we get the room. The room was fine and all but it put off our plans by hours as we were only in the city for that one evening. Before we are about to head out she came in a asked for cash (which is fine) but she asked for more money than we were promised here on Expedia... we ended up talking on the phone with the same guy who insisted we pay more. We ended up leaving early and just paying what was promised here. Overall a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this. Wish I can get a refund!!!!

Sehr enttäuscht!

schlechter Service und wie in den vergangenen Bwertungen schon mal erwähnt, es macht keinen Spaß nach dem Hostel 2 Stunden lang zu suchen und es gibt kein Hostel!!!! Es ist nur privates Appartment und sehr komisch organisiert! ohne Plakate und ohne Name!

Wer es billig will und Komfort verzichten will

Ich kann das hotel nicht empfehlen. 1. Es gibt Rezeption 2. Mussten 45 min warten bis jemand kam 3. Ich nenne es mal Unterkunft : Es ist eine einfache Wohnung, wo mehrere Zimmer vermietet werden. Man muss sich das Bad und Küche teilen. 4. Badezimmer lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig Badewanne undicht, das heißt nach dem Duschen steht das Bad Unterwasser 5. Die Dame die Übergabe macht, spricht kein Wort deutsch oder englisch 6. Die Zimmer an sich : steht einfach nur ein Bett bzw Schlafcouch drin 7. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Albrecht Achilles Straße und in am kuhfürstendamm Im großen und ganzen, wer es billig mag und keinerlei Ansprüche hat und es nur zum pennen braucht, reicht es Sonst kann ich es nicht empfehlen

Kein Hostel sondern Zimmer in Wohnhaus

Die Adresse Kurfürstendamm ist nicht korrekt. Das Zimmer befand sich in einer 4-Zimmer-Wohnung in einem normalen Wohnhaus, in einer Seitenstraße. Schwer zu finden, wenn man nach der abgegebenen Adresse am Kudamm sucht. Die 4 Zimmer werden einzeln vermietet, Küche und Bad geteilt. Bett relativ unkomfortabel. Alles anders als erwartet, aber zu dem Preis noch ok.

Hostel in Stadtnähe

Meine Freundin und ich haben dieses Hostel für eine Nacht gebucht. Sowie bei der Buchungs- als auch bei der Zahlungsbestätigung haben wir zwei verschiedene Anschriften des Hostels erhalten. Es waren beide nicht valide und sehr verwirrend. Wir haben insgesamt eine Stunde gebraucht das Hostel zu finden. Zudem haben wir versucht die Mitarbeiter zu erreichen, die weder englisch noch deutsch sprechen konnten. Der Mitarbeiterin ist es dann gelungen, uns zu verstehen und eine zuständige Person zum Eingang des Hostels zu schicken, die uns bis zum Zimmer begleitet hat. Es war sehr schwierig mit einer Person die weder englisch noch deutsch konnte zu kommunizieren. Nut mit Zeichensprache ist es uns gelungen zu verständigen.
