This was a great hotel for the money. But it was nowhere near Brandenburg Airport! $65 cab ride to get here. Pluses. Nice room, great bartender/host, good food! Minuses. In a nice neighborhood setting but not near Brandenburg AirPort

Great Experience Overall! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxing, the room was clean and modern, and the amenities were excellent. The staff was welcoming and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Everything ran smoothly from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great service.

Clean room, comfortable bed, staff was helpful, dinner in the restaurant was good. Not much around the area. Little to do, not much of a place to go for a walk.

We have booked 2 rooms. The beds are comfortable. However, the hotel did not put the two rooms near each other. They put the 2 rooms very very far apart which is very inconvenient as we have children travelling with us.

Have stayed there 2 nights. The Hotel is ok but far from the Berlin center. But I knew that in advance of course. The service at the breakfast was really very good. Long time ago that I saw a woman enjoying her work with that level. I would go there again. Uber from the Airport are there in 8 minutes.

Shuttle out of service. Driver had quit. Taxi 40 euros . Took Uber to go back to the airport the next day at 30 euros. Quiet environment. Pleasant outdoor chairs to relax. This hotel seems quite new.

Overnight stay after cancelled flight.

Having been abandoned in Berlin airport by Easyjet cancelling our flight at 11:30pm, we were desperate for somewhere to put our one year old to bed. The hotel was close to the airport (although the taxi fare was extortionate) and the staff were very kind and friendly. The room was just what we needed and the bed was comfortable. As we had to leave at 6am we did not have the opportunity of using the facilities but they looked good.

Overall our stay was good. Downside is going to the hotel from the city and from hotel to Berlin Airport. Chose the hotel as it was supposed to be "near" the airport. It was "near" but we needed to take a taxi (40 euros, 15 minutes) as the airport terminal was on the other side of the runway. As an airport hotel, it would have been great if the hotel had a shuttle. Can recommend the place except for those who have flights early in the morning (ours was 6AM). The hotel arranged for our taxi though but we did not get the wake up call we requested; it was good that we had our alarm on.

4/10 Poor

Overall, we did not enjoy our stay here for a couple of subjective reasons below. But there were things we liked too: it's very clean, rooms are in good condition and are quiet. Also, they're dog friendly which is a big deal. Things we did not like: - Self check in/out: after 6 hours of driving the kast thing I want to do is to enter all of my personal information into some system while the front desk employee just stands there with the key waiting for me to finish. This makes no sense - That said employee did not say a word in English to us during self checkin perfectly knowing we do not speak German. All the instructions were given to us in language we do not understand - Absolutely terrible mattress. I managed to get a total of 3 hours of sleep there - No shower gel or shampoo was provided. Only hand soap - No minibar in the room, not even an empty one - Location is next to airport but if you have a day and wanna go to Berlin city center - there is no S-bahn or even a bus stop nearby Would not stay here again

The hotel is clean and the hotel front reception was very friendly and helpful. But hotel restaurant is a disaster!! There was one other group of people in the restaurant who had 3 tables pushed together, so we pushed tables together to fit our party of 10 adults. A middle-aged male waiter then came over got mad at us for pushing tables together, saying he needed an hour's notice for a group our size. Notice, there was only ONE other group in the dining room, and the kitchen would have had to serve us regardless if we were 1 big group of 10 people, or 5 separate parties of 2 people. Next, the waiter came around to get our drinks. I had a water bottle on the table, and he told me I couldn't have my water bottle on the table and needed to store it on the ground. I promptly removed the bottle. He then proceeded to lecture me about how rude it was to bring a water bottle to a restaurant. Let me remind you, this restaurant is CONNECTED to the hotel where I could have gone to my room and gotten water at ANY time during my meal. So after his lecture, when I refused to order a drink he got exasperated and left in a huff. Finally, the dining room connects to an outdoor dining area, and there was a big group of men outside smoking. Both doors to the inside dining area were left open and the smoke was coming through, affecting our table. We quietly closed both doors to stop inhaling smoke while we ate. Our waiter then came over and yelled at us for closing the doors. Horrible man!

It’s a good place to stay not too far from the airport. Note that public transportation is not optimal, since the hotel is far from s-bahn. However it’s a 15 mins ride from the airport!
