  • Discover Berlin from an exclusive holiday apartment right in the heart of City-West. This spacious 120 m² apartment on the 6th floor (easily accessible by lift) offers you an ideal retreat above the city’s rooftops. With four rooms, high-quality hardwood floors, and two bathrooms, it’s perfectly equipped for families, groups, or business travellers.

    The location is unbeatable: The holiday apartment is right next to the famous Kurfürstendamm, with its boutiques, first-class restaurants, and cafés.

    This impressive apartment stands out for its modern amenities, plenty of natural light, and central location. Enjoy the peace and quiet and a fantastic view from your own balcony. My kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances. Here you’ll find a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle. Coffee, tea, salt, pepper, and oil are, of course, available for your use.

    The apartment offers three separate bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements:

    - Master Bedroom: A luxurious double box-spring bed (200x200) for maximum sleeping comfort.
    - Second bedroom: A cosy queen-size bed (140x200).
    - Third bedroom: A comfortable single bed (90x200).

    All rooms can be darkened.

    There are two bathrooms: a main bathroom with a bathtub and shower, as well as a separate guest bathroom. Fresh towels and soap are provided. This is a non-smoking apartment. However, you’re welcome to use the balcony for smoking.

    You can easily reach the apartment via the Adenauer Platz subway station (about a 7-minute walk). An lift will take you and your luggage comfortably straight to the 6th floor. You’ll have the entire 120 m² apartment to yourselves.

    Parking: Available upon request in the underground garage. It is charged separately at 15€ per day.
    House Rules: No parties, no pets.
    Check-in: From 4:00 PM via self-check-in
    Check-out: By 11:00 AM
