Nice hotel in a quiet location. Not on the centre but access is very easy from location, Main selling point is excellent gym and leisure facilities that are free for guests to use.

Staff fluent in English and very helpful. Fantastic pools and saunas. All sorfs of treatments available for the women ,as well as, men. Easy walking distance from Spandau town centre. Great S-bahn and u-bahn connections to rest of city.

The property was very nice, lots of amenities. The pool and gym looked great but I didn't have a chance to use them. The location was ok, bus stop nearby to get to the train station, all very convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Only ate dinner 1 night, fod was very good. The rooms were clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Overpriced & Overvalued
- Main reason for coming here was spa treatments to relax and release after a long trip, but even though I went directly to order treatment - there were No times available. - Hence I had to go find a find local Thai in the near area. Are btw, is kind of “Dodgy” if you are walking in the direction away from the lake - The internet is working in the Room but unstable everywhere else. - The breakfast feels like a production Line and the variety is really less than for what I make at home myself. Just standard cheese and ham from the supermarket in small rationed sizes. - It is not possible to get an “americano” coffee. - Better breakfast & Coffee available at almost any quality baker (To find Allover the place in Berlin) - I had to wear mask inside the pool area which is kind of ridiculous. Meanwhile my hands had to touch 4 Closed Doors and 1 elevator to reaching the restaurant and/or pool Area (how many people have had their fingers there?) - The Doors and lockers work but They are quite unintuitive. You have to put card on, leave it out and wait for 1sec. Then pull the door back, while turning the special knob backwards. Then you Can push the door in (I’m on holiday, not a part time software programmer). - There is really No spa - I couldn’t find any souna (maybe it was Well hidden). - I bought this stay for a good relaxing end of the Berlin trip. It may be a hotel but definitely not a luxury spa experience.

We always advise our guests to make an appointment beforehand and always hope for some last minute cancellations. Also we regret to hear that you very unsatisfied with our breakfast selection. Indeed it is different than usual and I can reassure you when Covid-19 situation is over, we will be back to our normal selection of items. Moreover, indeed in our hotel we have the policy to wear face masks in order to protect the guests and our employees. I can reassure you that our cleaning staff is following strict procedure how to clean and maintain our facilities. Lastly, we do have six different saunas, but due to Covid-19 we are pleased to announce that we just opened two out of six saunas. We had a very comfortable stay in a Junior Suite. Kids had their own space which was great. Mini bar was stocked with drinks every day which was always welcome after a day on our feet. Staff at reception and in restaurant were all friendly and helpful.

I was very disappointed in the advertising of air conditioning in the rooms and my room didn't come with air conditioning. I was told I will have to upgrade(40 euros more) in order to have air conditioning. The pool and spa was unavailable due to convid19. This was not explained on this website or the property's website. This is unbecoming of a business. Communication is a must! Especially when someone is paying for services and not receiving such.

We enjoyed this hotel, the amenities are nice and there are restaurant options at the hotel. It is a bit far to the main tourist attractions in Berlin. However, the hotel was clean and a nice spot to unwind and be out of the tourist areas when desired.

Perfect in every way!
Polite and helpful staff on reception and the hotel was spacious and modern. The family room was really good sized, well equipped and spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and a huge bathroom with proper shower and bath. The restaurant had a good menu at reasonable prices and again the staff were super. Breakfast was extensive and staff were attentive and helpful in their service with coffee etc. The chef came out to prepare fried and scrambled eggs to order. The hotel also had a stunning pool and gym which was an added benefit. Parking available in the underground Car Park.

Excellent hotel and staff. Only problem was the bed twin beds put together that moved found myself on the floor both nights. The sauna area had no drinking water. A glass of water in a plastic cup cost me 5€ Staff were friendly will stay there again if in Berlin

The hotel was nice - although we had to insist on moving our 3 x rooms booked as we were not given what we paid for upfront. Eventually we got moved to nice rooms with double beds. We booked the hotel further out of the city so we could enjoy the roof top terrace bar & the spar facilities - the spar was shut as they didn't have the staff to open it. The spar we were not allowed to use unless we were prepared to take all items of clothing off! The downstairs bar & restaurant was shut - I have never been to a hotel which has absolutely no bar at all. The hotel was also much further out of the city than explained on the site - we spent a fortune on taxis as it was too long to get trains & trams into Berlin central. Our whole party of 6 will never return to this hotel which is a shame.

Property and services are great. Fits the price range and I would say it is 5 star hotel. But hotel has total separation of SPA area and services. You need to get into bathrobe and slipper in the room and them go to the spa. Kind of strange and not comfortable during winter. As for negative side: very noisy if you open a window due to airport near by. Early check out - 11. You cannot use facilities after check out. So this hotel does not worth the money if you plan to stay for one night. Got twin bed instead of double.

Introduction to German Accimidation
Reception check in / out was smooth. Room descriptions are misleading - double bed is provided with two singles joined together with double sheets. Breakfast good, don’t sit near balcony though the number of smoking guests smell enters the breakfast area - similarly the amount of smell / smokers at front entrance entry - you need to hold your breath and run. Also you are not allowed into sauna unless you are naked !! Good local for airport and city via train / subway - hotel can give u day tickets very reasonable

under the flight path
The hotel is situated under the flight path for Tegel airport and the room had no air conditioning. The room was too hot to sleep in without the window open so the plane alarm clock goes off at 6am. Otherwise a pleasant hotel but a shuttle bus would be good to the local train station as it's over a mile away.

Lovely spa, and nice hotel outside Berlin centre
It’s the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is 40-50 minutes from the airport by public transport. It has good food a close walk away aswell as a Lidl round the corner. The spa and gym is well equipped and well maintained. I am likely to stay at this hotel again, and look forward to coming back.

Wish I could of stayed longer than 2 nights
An ideal location for my requirements 20 from the airport and 20 minutes from Berlin centre by Taxi and a shopping mall and station 25 minutes walk away and a nice view of the river from the restraunt with balcony only thing I found I was didapointed wwith was the roof bar was closed due to it bbeen cold.

Nice hotel, but the NOISE!
Very nice rooms - basic, but clean, tidy, well appointment and comfortable beds. The Spa / Sauna area and pool are very, very nice. The meals in the restaurant were excellent, and the Bar / Bistro is great. The problem is noise outside the hotel. Because there is no A/C in the building, if you want to cool down the room, you need to sleep with the window cracked, which is fine. The problem is that there apparently a frequently traveled ambulance corridor right along the hotel. Sirens and all, 24 hours a day. Also, at 6am on the dot, flights start at Tegel, whose flight path goes directly over the hotel. Even with the windows closed - they don't seal well enough to keep the noise out. I believe the flights end around 10pm, but if you have a late night at all, plan to hear jets taking off for a 6am wakeup call. Every day.

Great Wellness
The Wellness area is amazing and the reason for me to return the third time. After a long day fantastic place to relax. Rooms are average but clean. Plus is the tea-coffee option in the room. Bathroom is spacious and clean enough Towels. I miss the bags the hotel provided for the towels and bath Accessoires guests take down to the wellness area. Area can be reached by bus and tube but better with car, otherwise consider 50 min. to city centre but wellness is worth it.
