City Apartment with terrace in Moabit

Welcome to our apartment. It`s a small basement apartment with a large terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, right in the heart of Berlin. Centrally but quietly located, it is ideal for exploring Berlin. You can cook well in the kitchenette, work from home on the terrace during the day and relax with a glass of wine in the evening after a long day in the city.

1-room apartment with kitchenette and shower room. The toilet is separate from the shower room. Feels like a tiny house!

The apartment is located between 3 public transport stations (Westhafen, Birkenstraße & Stendaler Str.) from which every part of the city is easy to reach. In the surrounding area are some beautiful parks and the area invites you for nice walks.

The will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price.

Unsaubere Wohnung, unsaubere Kommunikation

Die Fewo hat bei Ankunft abends ungefähr unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Herdplatten verrostet, die Geräte funktionieren, außer der halbkaputte Fön. Betten sehr ok, Bad und Toilette sauber. Dagegen bräuchten mindestens der Fußboden, die Tür (-klinken), Tisch, Stühle und Sitzpolster und der große Mülleimer eine wirklich gründliche Reinigung! Der Abfluss im Waschbecken (Bad) läuft schlecht ab, in der Toilette fehlt ein Handtuch. All das zusammen vermiest einem den Aufenthalt, zumal die Kellerwohnung Tierchen beheimatet, die gewöhnungsbedürftig sind. Darüberhinaus ist die Kommunikation mit fewo-direkt, arbio, vrbo und den „Besitzern“ Nicola/Constantin zwar überfreundlich, aber vollkommen sinnlos und nervtötend. Trotz ausführlichem Telefongespräch, E-Mails mit Fotos passierte nichts außer freundlichen Worthülsen und Verweisen auf Formulare.

Die Wohnung zu finden war schwierig. Man hatte uns gesagt, ein P- Platz sei in der Remise, das war falsch. 3€ pro Sunde vor dem Haus.Man hätte uns sagen können, dass ein Tagesticket im Parkhaus 20€ (600m entfernt) oder 11€ (1 km) zur Verfügung steht. Kein Schrank, so lebten wir aus den Koffern, was den Charm des Zimmers zunichte machte

Nah an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Küche nicht zum Kochen geeignet. Besteck etwas wenig. Eine Mikrowelle würde noch gut sein.

Berlin ist immer eine Reise wert

Hbf und touristische Ziele mit U-Bahn oder S-Bahn/Bus schnell erreichbar. Kein Straßenlärm und ruhige Nachbarn im Innenhof. Bett bequem. Küchengeschirr etwas mager.
